I just reach Level 10 but wellness has gone down to 15.14. Anybody has any suggestion on how to get well again ?
Any help much appreciated.

You have to buy food every day. You must have at least 1 Q1 food in your inventory every day otherwise you will lose wellness. Since you are so low, you should buy the highest quality food you can afford and avoid training for the next little while. You can also buy gifts which raise your health (1 Q1 gift = 1 wellness). If you need someone to gift you with them, contact me.
You should also quit that q3 company you are working in and find a job in q1 company (one green star)
Work costs you 3 wellness points now
Try to buy a house. if u are level 10, u got at least 5 gold, u can afford it.
dont have food in your inventory, die, revive, then follow instructions above.
Yeah, dying is the best way to get your wellness up (xD)
but do you lose anything to die?

1. I have quit the 3-star company (actually the boss fired
me before I logged in). Sounds a little contradictory that working in a 3-star company is more detrimental to one's health than a 1-star company.
2. Reading the wiki, it appears that when a eCitizen dies of hunger, it is quite easy to revive and not only is everything else restored, there is an additional 10 credits given. You can almost say the game encourages the player to commit suicide. Is that abetting suicide ?
3. I was thinking of giving up military training, but if dying of hunger is really so "painless", why bother ? Will probably work and train to death, get revived before doing things properly.
as for buying a house, that is not an option as i spent 2 gold to create this newspaper and am now left with 3 pieces.
The boss probably fired you as since your wellness was so low, it was being detrimental to your production capacity, and as such, not profitable to hire you.
Try buying higher quality foods or working in lower-star companies till your skill levels are roughly 5-8, then work for high Qs
i have decided not to die afterall. I am going to give Life another chance. I have migrated to Japan where they pay semi-skilled construction workers more decently. At least I can now buy decent food for a day's wages.
