Hospital Construction Nears 75%

Day 710, 19:40 Published in Australia Australia by Joey Development Scheme

Citizens of Australia, as you likely know, we have been working hard these past two months on finishing one hospital and working towards our next. Today, we are on the cusp of reaching 75% construction on our next Q5 hospital. At current production rates, I estimate that this hospital will be complete in just over two weeks time. Personally, I think if we can all chip in once again, as we did with the final construction of the last hospital, we can have it done in a week.

And so with that goal in mind, I am again reviving the Temporary Workers Camp program. For those who missed the previous one, this program allows additional temporary workers to work for the NMRC on a daily basis. Once each worker has worked for the day, they may be fired to allow room for the next temporary worker. Fired workers may return to their regular employer, or may the following day return to the NMRC for another day's work towards the project.

As with the previous plan, wages will be based on the median wage for Construction in the appropriate skill. Wages will be updated daily between 0300-0600 erepublik time. Centrelink reminds GM's that we cannot control other's job offers, and thus cannot guarantee that wages will remain at the median should GM's alter, add, or withdraw job offers after our daily update. Where possible, we will make additional updates throughout the day, however we cannot guarantee that this will occur.

We strongly urge all those currently employed in the Construction industry who wish to participate, to discuss their involvement with your current employer first. Centrelink and the NMRC do not wish to severely impact the construction industry, and we recommend all GM's limit the number of staff they allow to participate in this, to ensure they are able to continue operation of their companies.
