The Federalist Outreach Program is proud and horn"e" to announce the creation of the FOP Hooligans. The Hooligans are hereby assigned the duty of party communications from this day forth.

WTF is a Hooligan?

The Hooligans are a well organized, rowdy bunch of Federalists who seek to advance the party and country by stimulating player activity.

What do the Hooligans do?

Send weekly party communications and important messages as requested by the Party President. In addition, Hooligans will perform IRC raids and blitz the media module with Federalist and eUS propaganda.

What's in it for me?

-Each week, a Hooligan will be chosen to receive the weekly reward of 3 GOLD and 500 Wellness.
