I found this gem in pastebin and apparently is true.
I fully respect Storki (www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/6461511) in asking an ally to be honest and not sure what a kid like cha50 (www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1315097) is doing running a country! I am sure someone like cha50 does not represent all Hungarians in this game and in RL, and I know a few in RL and they are man of honor.

Well yes, Hungary must pay for treaties they sign. Its not important which CP signed it. BUT, the manner with which Storki approached and talked to Hungary CP isn't right. I mean WTF, two countries in same alliance can't come and say smth like "i give u one week for all this to be fixed or...". Its simply disrespectful manner to talk with your ally.
well, the Hungarian CP did not have any intention to pay! I assume that "I give u one week..." had some history ...
Well, but when you don't know all history means you are creating one or making up part of it. From what we see both sides made wrong decisions by talking or not respected their agreements, but like i said, stick have two ends.. BY done same thing in past 🙂

Anyways Charlie made a new agreement with the Belorussians, obliviously if it's still a problem the two country's leaders have to deal with it, this article means nothing.

I don't know what Poland could do.. But nothing pops in my head expect "threat" when i read "you have one week". Don't know how could you understand that differently (like you have one week, cause after it we will come and ask again lol?). Maybe your intentions weren't like that, but the way he put it, it looks like a threat... besides, if my memory don't lie to me, something similar happened with BY.. so you know how it is said - stick has two ends : )
