True North Standard - What made you want to get into political life? (ce qui a inspiré à vous joindre à la politique)

Hon. Rylde - Well I've been playing for years so the answer I give on this one will have no bearing on how the country runs now. Back in the day there was one Canadian military unit the CAF (Canadian Armed forces) and you were either with them or freelance.

I was a member of a independent militia that formed called the Crimson canucks. Back in the day it was unheard of and a very oppressed group by the Govt and CAF because we were outside of there control and the game was all about control back in the day. So we began funneling a few members into congress monthly to give our 50-60 or so soldiers a voice in govt. (Je faisais partie d'une milice indépendante, The Crimson Canucks. Hon. Rylde - The party isn't anarchist at all it was actually just a joke when I made it and with a little effort and activity from others it just kinda took off. Son pas la première fois que je l'ai construit un parti politique réussie)

I try to be so involved at times to try and boost activity for the country because without players willing to be active were lost as a whole. Some guys need a strong personality to follow for a feeling of community so they feel like what they do makes a difference. (Je tente d'être impliqués parce que sans ceux qui sont prêts à être impliqués , nous ne réussirons pas. Des gens comme moi à cause de mon fort personallity , engagement envers la communauté , et je les faire se sentir comme ils ont fait une différence)

True North Standard - It seemed to me that you were unhappy with where the 'Nest Egg' ended up residing. What is the intended advantage when you supported a comptroller over the ministry. (Il me semblait que vous étiez pas satisfaits de l'emplacement du compte bancaire d'urgence . Quel est le bénéfice attendu pour garder les fonds avec le comptroller)

Hon. Rylde - I find that as the reigns of power and CP changes hands over a few months more and more players are left with access to the organization where the cash is stored. 500k cc is a lot of money in game and it would suck if it went missing after sitting for a few months. (Je suis inquiet que les gens avec de bonnes intentions pourraient accidentellement nuire au pays l'utilisant. 500k cc$ est beaucoup d'argent en jeu et il serait sucer si elle a disparu après avoir été assis pendant quelques mois)

I would have rathered the comptroller himself holds the money as he's in a very trusted position and can hold the title for months or even a year like the last one. Just guarentee's stability and if it goes missing we know who to blame. True North Standard - You appear to be beloved by many, what do you attribute your success to? (Vous semblez être aimé par beaucoup, quoi attribuez-vous votre succès à ?)

Hon. Rylde - A mixture of things really. I bankrolled a lot of crazy wars and also drove many players to spend enourmous amounts of money on wars we had no business being in. It created a lot of david vs goliath matches where we actually held our own for awhile. (Un mélange de choses vraiment . Many of the campaigns still ended in failure and occupation but in a game where most players lead conservatively it was a change from the norm and something different to log into. True North Standard - You have an eCanada forum signature in which a Mouse gets ripped in half by a turtle before it then struggles unsuccessfully to swim away with its entrails exposed. Do you think this plays into the arguments of those against the forums who say it discourages new players? Hon. Rylde - Nah its just a sick gif I found that would give some shock value for people to look at.

As far as forums go its not that hard to navigate and its worth it if you want to be more active and involved in the game when it comes to govt. People are just being lazy and don't want to make any extra effort. (Les forums sont faciles à utiliser, sa valeur est de fournir un lieu pour les gens à devenir plus impliquées dans le gouvernement. des gens qui ne utilisent pas les forums sont paresseux.)

I can't totally blame them as I didn't start using the official forum until I had been around about a year. To my credit I've engaged a few players to get there asses on there this term and its worked. True North Standard - What, in your opinion, would help strengthen eCanada moving forward. In what areas can eCanada improve? (Comment le Canada peut améliorer)

Hon. Rylde - I think it comes down to the leaders and most active members of Military units to identify who they have in there MU's that are active. Open up conversations and seeing if they wish to get more involved. Only problem is atm we have few active military commanders or those just active enough to run what they have. Until some of the leaders of military units want to put in the extra effort we'll live a life of gaining a few players and losing a few. Active wars even stalemates against eUK go a long way to giving those less involved something to do through war. Hon. Rylde - Its a almost a pointless war that we've had many times before. It does serve the purpose of allowing older players to fill there wallets with true patriot currency. New players just need to complete there daily orders and save up there gold to upgrade there training centers as soon as possible. So then they can make a difference on the battlefield. At a bare minimum, fight just to keep active.

Hon. Rylde - If I had to pick one guy for this term I'd have to go with Muglack our current congressional speaker. Congress has been a tomb since the dictatorship patch was released. He's done a good job of being an active reliable speaker sparking debate and being 'johnny on the spot' of knowing when to get topics to a vote. (notre conférencier du Congrès courant, Muglack. Hon. Rylde - Going to war against the USA and convincing half the world to back us up and making it a real brawl. Then being dumb enough to go to war against them again lmao. Hon. Rylde - To the new players out there the game is only as good as you make it with the time your willing to invest. You don't have to spend money to enjoy yourself. Talk to your Military commanders about wanting to be more involved or your party presidents about wanting to learn the ropes. If your party president isn't active find one that is. (pour les nouveaux joueurs, le jeu est aussi bon que vous le faites pour être. vous ne devez pas dépenser de l'argent pour vous amuser. Communiquer avec des leaders actifs pour l'orientation. si vous n'êtes pas satisfait avec votre tête de l'organisation . rechercher une meilleure organisation.)
