HH: TYJ for Congress

Day 608, 08:17 Published in Singapore Singapore by lightofsirius

The congress has gotten MUCH more important than before. With the introduction of the citizenship module, the congress has the ability to grant citizenship to citizens of other nations!

All the more, we vulnerable Singapore has the need to protect our congress, to shield ourselves from possible external threats. Our history has taught us the possibilities of both inside and outside threats.

I'm not promoting xenophobia, but if you realised, in Singapore, the only threats we have received from within and without were from non-Singaporeans. What I prefer to promote is the ability to test. Although we welcome new people into Singapore, however, they need to be tried and tested, and even so, we don't know if these people may betray us.

Who are the ones who have been tried and tested? These are people like Arbryn, ExoM7, Relorian, and others... (Sorry if I didn't mention your name) They have been given positions of power, and they have not abused the powers granted to them by the citizens.

I believe, in the new congress, and the succeeding sessions, with the implementation of the citizenship module, should consist of eSingaporeans who have been tested and tried before anything else. Next, I believe we should then go for ability. Ability is important, for we don't want someone who wishes to help Singapore, but don't have the ability to. That's why it is so important for us to groom new leaders to lead Singapore as I and others are doing.

In this volatile era of vulnerability, we don't know where the sword of the enemy will strike next. Therefore, we need proven people to lead Singapore, and continue to test new people, for them to be able to prove themselves to Singapore.

I can't say I have the ability give eSingapore all the time in the world, but I have stayed with Singapore throughout, and will continue to do so. I will work with the other party leaders, other pioneers, and raise up new leaders, to bring Singapore to the next level.

I look forward to be working with everyone to better Singapore.
