In order to complete the "Let's socialize" mission and receive 30 experience points along with 2 energy bars, you need to make 10 new friends. In my shoutbox I've noticed that lots of people still have difficulties finding new friends, so I decided to create a central meeting point for those who are still searching and those who just want to help.

Apart from completing the mission, why is it important to have a lot of friends? Well, the more friends you have, the more people you'll reach through your shouts, so it's an easy way to spread quick information and to simply socialize. Having lots of countrymen in your friends list will improve social cohesion in your community, but it's also convenient to have friends in other countries in order to have lots of different windows into the rest of the eWorld and to stay in touch with what's going on outside of your own community.
