Here we Grim again [Presidency]
Marmaduke IV
First off, thank you to everyone who came out and voted yesterday. Except these people:
Il Duce Grimstone, Brotherly Leader and Guide of the Revolution, is currently indisposed with a disease of the bowels and will be back as soon as his condition allows. In the meantime I am calling on all of you who want to be a part of this grand empire to step forward and apply for a cabinet position. If you feel you have skills that would benefit the country, send a PM to Grimstone or myself. Deputy positions are also available for those eager to learn.
In winning this election, we score yet another victory over the Lazokrats. Their power is wanging (no typo). They have proven that if we stay vigilant and active, there is no way they can defeat us. Keep up te fight and send them back to their 3rd world country they call home.
My term as Minister of Foreign Affairs is now over and I have one last thing to publish, on behalf on our Ambassador to Argentina, The Honorable MephistoHeineken . The following is an interview with a member of the Argentinian consulate and a candidate for the presidency of Argentina, La leyenda:
1. First of all, thank you for talking to me and all e-SA citizens.
Thx you, good idea to interview the candidates
🙂
2. Tell me, when did you start playing, and whats the name of the Brazilian you fired the first big bomb?
I began in May 2012. The first BB? Probably against eChile
😛
3. What has been your secret to political success?
Well...i have no political background in eR so far. this is the fisrt time I run for office. I had never joined a political party until 2 weeks ago.
4. Fruits or junk food?
Fruits for my health, but I love french fries and a big mac from time to time :/
5. What is your view on e-Argentina politics at the moment? Also, what do you think the Argentina's position in TWO will be in the future?
There's always that left vs right fight that I found stupid. In a country for me there are two types of players: those who work and those who don't work. We are a pro TWO country and is a very good position for us for now.
6. Now, there's one question that is just burning in my mind, based on the famous soccer rivalry, are you actually a River or Boca fan?
River Plate!! 110%
7. And about e-SA? What is your view on the situation with e-South Africa?
I know you recently had/have a TO attempt. Best defense is to have a baby boom of real SA players. Makes it harder to TO a country..
8. Did you ever heard about Lazocrats? What do you think of them?
They are a brunch of a turkish Mercenary MU. Apparentely they have a political interest, you guys need to have a ATO team and a baby boom...fast!
9. Which wine is better? Argentine Malbec or SA Chardonnay?
I never tried your Chardonnay, but i prefer red wine so...malbec for me.
10. Our congress is currently debating another MPP with Argentina. What is your position on this?
An MPP is always a chance
😉
11. We wish you all the best. I hope e-Arg and E-SA find a way to stay friends for a long time.
Thank you and the best to you too. Have fun and have a good game o/
~The Honorable Arch Bishop Dr. Marmaduke Exilious Alphonso IV, Sr, OB/GYN
Vice President, eSouth Africa

South Africa, officially the Republic of South Africa, is a country located at the southern tip of Africa. It has 2,798 kilometres (1,739 mi) of coastline that stretches along the South Atlantic and Indian oceans.[7][8][9] To the north lie the neighbouring countries of Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe; to the east are Mozambique and Swaziland; within it lies Lesotho, an enclave surrounded by South African territory.[10] South Africa is the 25th-largest country in the world by land area, and with close to 53 million people, is the world's 24th-most populous nation.

South Africa is a multiethnic society encompassing a wide variety of cultures, languages, and religions. Its pluralistic makeup is reflected in the constitution's recognition of 11 official languages, which is among the highest number of any country in the world.[9] Two of these languages are of European origin: English and Afrikaans, the latter originating from Dutch and serving as the main language of most white and coloured South Africans. Though English is commonly used in public and commercial life, it is only the fourth most-spoken home language

About 80% of South Africans are of black African ancestry,[3] divided among a variety of ethnic groups speaking different Bantu languages, nine of which have official status.[9] The remaining population consists of Africa's largest communities of European, Asian, and multiracial ancestry. All ethnic and linguistic groups have political representation in the country's constitutional democracy, which comprises a parliamentary republic and nine provinces. Since the end of apartheid, South Africa's unique multicultural character has become integral to its national identity, as signified by the Rainbow Nation concept.

South Africa is ranked as an upper-middle income economy by the World Bank, and is considered to be a newly industrialised country.[12][13] Its economy is the largest and most developed in Africa, and the 28th-largest in the world.[14] In terms of purchasing power parity, South Africa has the fifth-highest per capita income in Africa, although poverty and inequality remain widespread, with about a quarter of the population unemployed and living on less than US$1.25 a day.[15][16] Nevertheless, South Africa has been identified as a middle power in international affairs, and maintains significant regional influence

Prehistoric finds
South Africa contains some of the oldest archaeological and human fossil sites in the world.[19][20][21] Extensive fossil remains have been recovered from a series of caves in Gauteng Province. The area is a UNESCO World Heritage site and has been termed the Cradle of Humankind. The sites include Sterkfontein, which is one of the richest hominin fossil sites in the world. Other sites include Swartkrans, Gondolin Cave Kromdraai, Coopers Cave and Malapa. The first hominin fossil discovered in Africa, the Taung Child was found near Taung in 1924. Further hominin remains have been recovered from the sites of Makapansgat in Limpopo, Cornelia and Florisbad in the Free State, Border Cave in KwaZulu-Natal, Klasies River Mouth in eastern Cape and Pinnacle Point, Elandsfontein and Die Kelders Cave in Western Cape. These sites suggest that various hominid species existed in South Africa from about three million years ago starting with Australopithecus africanus.[22] These were succeeded by various species, including Australopithecus sediba, Homo ergaster, Homo erectus, Homo rhodesiensis, Homo helmei and modern humans, Homo sapiens. Modern humans have inhabited Southern Africa for at least 170,000 years.

Settlements of Bantu-speaking peoples, who were iron-using agriculturists and herdsmen, were already present south of the Limpopo River (now the northern border with Botswana and Zimbabwe) by the fourth or fifth century CE. (See Bantu expansion.) They displaced, conquered and absorbed the original Khoisan speakers, the Khoikhoi and San peoples. The Bantu slowly moved south. The earliest ironworks in modern-day KwaZulu-Natal Province are believed to date from around 1050. The southernmost group was the Xhosa people, whose language incorporates certain linguistic traits from the earlier Khoisan people. The Xhosa reached the Great Fish River, in today's Eastern Cape Province. As they migrated, these larger Iron Age populations displaced or assimilated earlier peoples. In Mpumalanga, several stone circles have been found along with the stone arrangement that has been named Adam's Calendar.
