Hello I had been appointed as Minister for Health under Aran Tal I will explain whats going to be done this term.

Gifts Scheme
I will keep the following citizens on the list for next term to keep on eye on there wellness. The spreadsheet forumla which Top Gun created keep details on what food they eat and house the citizen it caculates the wellness after I put in 10 gifts. I will continue using Top Gun's PM advice message Example :
Hello John you were gifted 10 gifts (max). Your previous wellness was 30 your current wellness is 40 wellness wellness after eating your wellness is 39 wellness.
Your way of living is bad.
You should buy Q2 food to increase your wellness by 2 + by the end of the day. If you have 5 Gold for a reward at level 6 I suggest buy a Q1 house from us donate your 3 Gold to us then we contact Banc Ceannais to donated the Q1 house to you then that will increase the food you eat by +1. Please respond to this message reply if you have any confusion probelms and also importantly tell us how much IEP you have and how much Gold ?

The Gift Scheme was improved by Top Gun last term many thanks.

Company Health Scheme
Top Gun had created this to bring sick workers from Companys to us and we gift them and PM them with advice and they know how to keep there wellness up for better production in their Company. They were a very few Company owners signed up on this so I expect them to get there employees help with there wellness. Fast wellness Scheme
I will use tickets to get newer citizens out of Southeast Northwest etc.. to Northeast Q5 region to gain 100 wellness when the wargames arrive this could increase citizens wellness faster than the Gift scheme so it be less use of the Gift scheme. This will be better to save a big gift stock pile when they are needed incase the wargames stop. I will give citizens tips on how to fight and how to keep wellness above 100.Not to worry if you signed up on the Gifts Scheme there wont be a new spreadsheet for Fast wellness Scheme I will use it for both. The Gift scheme wont be needed if the wargames arrive.

Deputy
I will need a Deputy to help me do the following :
- A hand in the Gift Scheme and Fast wellness Scheme
- Make sure take down how much IEP Gold spent in Health.Dept to give to MoFI.
