HALT - a secret Hungarian alliance?

A rumor has emerged about an "alliance within an alliance" called HALT. No one's quite sure what the letters stand for - but the idea is that Hungary and a number of other nations are teaming up in support of Hungary being the sole superpower.

PEACE may soon collapse under the weight of its own infighting, as "HALT" takes on Indonesia. An obvious starting point for this conflict would be Russia. Hungary already controls Urals region, and Indonesia controls the bordering West-Siberia region. It would seem that Hungary, eager for expansion is quite perturbed that Indonesia has advanced so on what they might think should be theirs.

I am not reporting this as fact, it is only a rumor I read once in another newspaper, which I cannot find at the moment. But if any Hungarians know about it - I am not expecting them to come clean. Still, it is interesting to think about.
