HAIL the United States! A Great Victory!

Two days ago the United States banded together and in an excellent show of ATO prowess managed not only to avert political take-overs of several major parties, but to politically seize the Serbian-run American Freedom Alliance (now renamed the ElmieJr Party).


The best part was arguably GCL's total ignoring of this epic failure and writing about Bulgaria and Kosovo, calling himself Emperor Constantine XII and Prince Lazar in each, respectively.

However, to say that we merely banded together to avert a PTO is an understatement. We trounced the PTO'ers, overwhelming them and exposing that their chief strategist is not very good at his job. When dealing with limited forces, the worst thing you could do would be to over-extend yourself, which is exactly what our PTO foes have done- they attempted to overtake three or four parties, altogether totalling well over 1500 players, with less than 500 supporters.

While we can't count on them making the same mistake twice (but they probably will), we can enjoy our great national success for the next month.

Difference: Gojko Bozic was beaten by 6 votes!

So with the removal of all the PTO threats for at least the next Congressional elections, we can rest easy that the forces of evil arrayed against us are put off for at least a few more days. Enjoy the respite, America, you've earned it!
