Recept, Cro standard

uzmi vratnjakove,
začini - vegeta, biber, crvena paprika s jedne strane s druge sol
-nanizaj na šipke za pečenje sa naizmjence
šnjitama luka i slanine i neka šipke drže meso izad dna posude za pečenje

preli uljem, dolje vode i još kolutova luka

pro tip
-odozgo na nanizano meso poostavi šnjitu/e slanine da se degustira prvo

-ispeci, skini sa šipki nek se urone u saft i jedi
preporučeno sa pire krumpirom



ENG - RECIPE

pick a nice slices of pork neck meat
salt it, on opposite side season it with grinded black pepper,
red-powder paprika, vegeta - mix of spices (tm)

slide it on 2 baking bars with slices of onion and bacon in between
place it in baking dish in a way that the meat remains above the bottom

-on bottom, pour water, and also add some slices of onions

bake it in preheated oven on 220 'C for and hour and a half

when done, slide the meat into the sauce on the bottom
eat it, mashed potatoes recommended 🙂
