The title is a lie

Why do I bring this up?
Because it’s bloody stupid and there’s an even more childish motive behind it.
During captain elections, We in CAF didn’t want rolo to be Captain anymore. So we told people to vote against him, well he brought votes and won. And to show us, he started kicking “insubordinate” people out of the CAF. People like niuz and Taxoparei (If you don’t know. They are not insubordinate. They fight every day, follow orders)
When I found out, I decided to have a go at Rolo. Only fair, kick people out of our MU for no reason because your pissy because we don’t want you to be captain anymore and damn right I’m gonna have a good at you.
In response, this law I linked above, which is basically a hit at the CAF, so if it passes, they can cut off our funding to teach us a lesson. Rolo was in the IRC channel saying it is now time to destroy the CAF.
Also, does it really matter how many are in the MU, The inactive people don't get government funding anyway, So there's really no reason to remove or keep them.
There is no pro to this law. You gain no advantage or anything from it. All your really doing is making auditors job easier and they seem to be doing just fine right now. Also I think its a bit above congresses duty to worry about MU's doing housecleaning?
Reasons why this not a smart idea,
1 – The Pro MU President and Vice President is basicly telling the most damaging MU in Canada your done isn’t gonna look very good for reelection
2- We are about to have a major war with the eUS and 100 million damage is something you really are gonna need.

Plus a law the same day that could give the power to shut down funding. Doesn't take a brain surgeon to put 2 and 2 together.
And you kinda right, this was just a pissing match between us. But now it seems he wants to bring the government into this now.
Govt will stay out because as you say yourself CAF is a valuable MU that will be needed in the future. As the top funded unit in the country I don't think its alot to ask to boot your inactives.

its not a big deal for commanders and captains to boot inactives....you know, the ones that havent fought in months and probably quit the game
If a person has not fought for over a month they probably got a rl and don't care. Also means you can have fewer and the best captain's running the ship.
They want their own personal guard (RR) to replace the CAF. Their army, their country.
