as you all know in day 1275 the new storage laws are going to be implemented, so quite a lot of us will need to buy storage buildings.

2. big storage building : cost 35g and got 9000 storage

so what is the idea here.
if we compare the total prices of 9000 storage spaces in the two options
1. 9 small buildings + 9 land spaces = 15750 nis
2. 1 big storage + land space = 35g + 1000 nis
so in theory if
15750 >>> 14750 >>>>> 421 if you can get lets say 500 nis for 1g it is more worth the buy small ones then big one.
the thing is that we can issue that money....
if we will perform private sells of nis in 500 it will help everyone
the buyer will be able to buy more storage in less money
and the country will earn money which otherwise will just disappear.
it may cause a little disturbance in the value of the nis but in the long term i think the hugh amounts of gold the country can get from this will cancel this affect.
we need to perform this asap as we got only 5 days until you will have to have storage.

כמו שכולכם יודעים ביום 1275 הולכים להיכנס חוקי המחסן החדשים, ולכן די הרבה מאיתנו יצטרכו לקנות מחסנים.
כמו שאתם יודעים ישנן שתי אפשרויות
1. מחסן קטן שעולה 750 שקל ויש לו 1000 מקום
2. מחסן גדול שעולה 35 זהב ויש לו 9000 מקום
אז הרעיון הוא:
אם נשווה את המחיר הכולל עבור 9000 מקום בין השתי אפשרויות
1. 9 מחסנים קטנים ו 9 אדמות נקבל 15750 שקל
2. מחסן גדול ואדמה אחת 35 זהב ו1000 שקל
אז בתאוריה אם
15750 >>> 14750 >>>>> 421 כלומר עם תוכל להשיג נאמר שקלים במחר של 500 לזהב אז שווה יותר לקנות מחסנים קטנים ממחסן גדול.
הקטע זה שאנחנו (הממשלה) יכולים להדפיש כסף...
אם נבצע מכירות פרטיות (דגש על פרטיות) במחיר של 500 שקל לזהב זה מצב שכולם ירוויחו.
הקונה יוכל לקנות פחות מקום אחסון ביותר כסף
המדינה תרוויח זהב שאחרת היה פשוט נעלם.
אומנם זה יכול לגרום להפרעה בשוק המטבע אבל על ידי נהול קפדני של המכירות ניתן להזניח את זה.
צריך לבצע רעיון זה כמה שיותר מהר מכיוון שהקניית מחסנים הגדולה תהיה ב5 ימים הקרובים.
