Going old school on ye
Chris Cuthbertson
😁Inspiration
Anyways,
Congrats to all on getting elected this term, excluding two of you. Seems that we still have many of the same players in again this term with some old faces returning to the Dáil Éireann. Right now we can see our country climbing back onto it's feet and the swap with Canada was a success. o7
With that bit of Foreign Affairs sealed, us as TD's have another pressing moment worth a look into.
A well known enemy of the state(Maddog), regardless of his reasons here, has been "elected" as a TD and is currently requesting Private Dail access.

At this moment he hasn't been given it, but I urge my fellow TD's to look into the discussion I have started. With him gaining Private Access, I can't even state what we risk. While some may not see this as a problem, I however do. The last thing we need is foreign eyes looking upon our Private matters. With him being from the UK, I don't see much resistance from my fellow TD's in helping to keep him out, don't let me down guys.

Congrats Chris.
And yes, keep that "mad dog" out of course.
Let Maddog run around in the yard, just keep him out of the public dáil.
Ginger c*nt.
And what criteria do we intend to use to deny Private Dail access to legally elected TDs?
If access is denied to maddog, then can access be denied to anyone the author of this article, or the CP, or the MoD, or the controlling party or whoever else wishes to keep out?
If we didn't want him to be a citizen, he should never have been accepted.
But that bridge has, of course, been crossed and burned, so the next question is -- If wedidn't want him to be a TD, why did we elect him?
Once I get my access to the forum thread I will make my comments there.
I feel your rhetoric Gonzo, I see where you're coming from but I don't dig it at all.
"And what criteria do we intend to use to deny Private Dail access to legally elected TDs?"
It seems the required criteria is already there, when that person is a Known enemy of the state and spewing propaganda as such.
I guess emergency responses don't exist anymore?
"If we didn't want him to be a TD, why did we elect him?"
He had one vote mate, I'm gonna bet that was for himself lol, not hard to put two and two together, I'm guessing the whole spite in the air right now is bc OJ let him in, am I correct?
Well, I was elected, so I should get access.
Nothing too personal Maddog, just because of your history and who you are. You're good craic though so I won't hate too much 🙂
And since he is a known enemy of the state, can I assume that the person who gave him citizenship, if also in the Dail, is to be similarly denied access?
For does not that make the person who gave him access also an enemy of the state?
I'm with you on this, but my question is not "Should it be done?" but rather "Where should we draw the line?"
And who is the one to draw it?
"I'm with you on this, but my question is not "Should it be done?" but rather "Where should we draw the line?"
And who is the one to draw it? "
Very good point, we did vote on OJ, and he was allowed to remain in, so that's done with.
On maddog though, I just don't see the point even allowing him access right now until it's voted on accordingly, just to be safe.
Chris, you seem to have missed the point he's making there, mate.
Or are you just playing dense?
Gonzo man... if somebody breaks into your house do you lock the room you're in or kindly invite him in to rest his feet?
Barring a known (and self-proclaimed) PTOers is not comparable to randomly blocking the persons mentioned by you in an attempt to exaggerate your point.
Evidence should be provided by whoever proposes to prevent Maddog from gaining private dáil access. This is abundant and plentiful, thankfully written mostly by Maddog himself. The Dáíl should then vote, advising Kolshire on it's position. Constitutionally it is up to the elected Dáíl to adopt its own forum regulations.
This is not the time for arguing about OJ. How we react now will signify whether we're prepared to deal effectively with those who threaten (however insignificantly) our community and sovereignty.
Make no mistake -- I am all for keeping a demonstrated enemy of the state out. But not if it's done by a mob toting pitchforks and torches.
And I think a hearing in the Dail, followed by a vote is perfectly reasonable, although I'm not sure I can trust some of the pre-adolescents here to be "perfectly reasonable."
Will this hearing be conducted in the Public Dail? I ask because neither I nor a number of new Costume Party TDs have Private Dail access at this time.
Or are we next on the banning list?
"With that bit of Foreign Affairs sealed"
Epic bit of FA work, fair play IB and CT
Jw who the two might be?
/me grabs pitchfork and torch
I say we hold him trial, even though we know he is a enemy of the state, and ask him questions and what his intentions are (which are to have eUK take us over) and then we can all vote whether or not to give him access.
"Or are we next on the banning list?"
Yup... you, the pope and the toothfairy 🙂 If this was anything more than an open and shut case I'd be there questioning motives and the effect on individuals and all that style of thinking.
Only with maddog there is no thinking to be done... he's already managed to bribe his way in the door at night (OJ was nightwatchman) and sneak under the sheets. We wake up to discover he's made himself at home and invited some sheep in for "coffee". I say use the torch to scare the sheep outta the house (it's been conditioned to fear anything gingery) and watch Maddog follow it out 😉
Sorry, Sean, but I just do not trust the gang that is in charge right now.
CT has disgraced the office by making childish comments and posting links to pornography in response to legitimate questions.
Marcus Suridius has openly stated that this is a military distatorship.
irishbhoy started the war with the UK that ultimately resulted in eIreland being conquered, and furthermore helped himself to state monies and a number of state orgs.
And the juiceman essentially created the problem at hand by letting the maddog into the country.
All members of ther Sons of Erin, which controls 32.5 percent of the Dail.
This is not the group I would trust to make this important a decision. It would not be all that hard to cobble together a few additional votes, exclude anyone who opposes them, and make the Private Dail their own private playroom.
Denying a legally elected TD access to the Private Dail is not an action to be undertaken lightly. Any vote to exclude a member should require overwhelming evidence and a supermajority.
dlayn is a dcik
Look, there's a duiscussion on it, and tbh I'm getting pretty annoyed at people commenting in Private Dail matters,
It must hurt the boys SO much that Gonzo is making solid sense.
Ha.
Looks like your democracy is already going down the pan.
"Or are you just playing dense?"
He's not playing, he is.
"Marcus Suridius has openly stated that this is a military distatorship."
Where did I say this?
Also when did I say it without messing, clutching at straws you are Gonzo.
"and make the Private Dail their own private playroom."
Are you smoking heroin, how are we making it our on playroom. You honestly are talking shit man, you are making yourself look like a fool to the Irish public since the people in SoE have done loads for Ireland just like our colleagues in FB.
Marcus -- In the article "Vote Maddog Jones!" in The Daily Maddog, day 1150 at 1406 hours, you wrote:
"This here is a military dictatorship id advise you do your research. We dont do forum elections we just pick someone from the army to run . . . "
Are you disputing the truth about anything I wrote about other members of the military cabal? I could throw in Brian Boru's "people's revolution" at the end of his term as president if you wish.
As a group, you are not a trustworthy lot, and you have proven this repeatedly.
I was trolling on a troll article are you retarded.
You need to think before speaking, I said loads of times on the IRC which you are never on...that we are a dictatorship but doesnt mean im serious.
Gonzo im not trustworthy, if I was going to cause any problem for Ireland why would I have spent over €400 on gold for people in Ireland and the country overall?
😁^ this, you bitch about profits. I put my actual money that I work hard to earn into this country. Try giving back to Ireland like some of us have then people will take you serious.
Sorry, Marcus, I did not realize that this was just a joke.
I was not aware that you had a sense of humor.
Now that I know, I'll be watching for it more.
Regardless of how you feel about the administration gonzo, your political vendetta bullshit aside. A discussion will be held and I'm sure hell be voted out but until then it is pure stupidity to allow him in. Bottom line.
Right, the comments seem to be getting heated, so I'll ignore what everyone has said and say something. 🙂
*straightens cap and jacket*
Right. Ye have stumbled on the classic RL problem, autocracy vs democracy, jury vs law etc.
The problem is:" we have the power to stop what we perceive as bad for us, but doing so would go against the laws we have made"
In other words, you can't do shite without hypocrising (no, that's not a word)
Solve that here, and ye'll do well in RL, if you should ever become a dictator.
My advice : special case, special action, but cover your back as much as possible
I dunno who's hurting us more, Maddog or Gonzo.
Gonzo, Maddog is in our house trying to get into our private room where we keep all our porn hidden. Now, I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want my enemy finding out my fetishes. This isn't an irish player we're dealing with here. This is an enemy rattling our gates. He gets no access, end of story. Don't worry about the "legal" side of it. You're thinking WAY too RL here, man. I wouldn't even hold a vote. He gets no access, end of story. Why are you making an issue out of that?
Sean Power -- You should probably contact the pope and the tooth fairy and have them check their access, because the Boys from Sons of Erin won't let me into the Private Dail either.
Apparently, all that is necessary to be declared an enemy of the state is to criticize the ruling cabal.
They don't control the Dail any more, but they do control the presidency, the army, the bank, and the forum, and they do not want anyone around who might disagree with them to exercize their right to vote.
