Going for CP

I am officially announcing my Candidacy for CP of eSA for the month of Feb 2014. Yes I do think I am crazy and I know that it is hard work ahead. I am not going to say I’m better than those of have come before me, but rather that I want to continue to build on what they have done.



A little bit about me recently, I have been active in cabinet from October as VP, November as MoFA, December as MoD, This month as dMoS. So I have been around the block (so to say like a bicycle). I have been involved in Government so I have been able to see shortfalls that need to be addressed.

So what to do? What needs attention? Firstly eSA needs an active president more than anything. What does this mean to me? My first attempt as CP of South Africa (last time 2 years ago) I lacked activity for many reasons main one was I got ill and personal issues, it was really embarrassing to show face again in the community. I have vowed to myself that it can not happen again, and it won’t SM33ZA and Claudio I promise you guys.

All of you know that I am UP (Union of Patriots) to the very core. A member of eSAAF Command. A real life South African from the streets of Germiston in Gauteng. I’m married and have two babies. Whoa to much real life things…



What am I going to be doing this term besides being around and active. Well we are actively fighting a PTO and have been doing so for the last four months, this need not be our sole focus. So…

1. With regards to our regions. While I would love to see all our regions returned to us this is not an option currently, we have been trying to resistance war our regions for a good part of this month and have not been successful. I will approach Argentina regarding our rent for the regions. As well as Uruguay. If we will be successful time will only tell. I do think we need to be grateful that we have a region unlike our pals in Australia. The time will come for us to get our regions back.

2. Foreign affairs - With all the talks going around about new alliances now is the time to get eSA in on these alliances. Personally I would like to see us align with Poland - Spain and the UK. In order to do this I have called in the big guns to assist in negotiations. Being part of this alliance will see us get not only much needed MPP’s but also a reason to get involved in fighting.



3. FUN - we need it badly, that's why I want to put emphasis on getting the MoDA active again bringing a department that kept the community entertained. The department of culture to bring some life to the community. Also a focus will be to get the STR program functioning and well funded.

4. Another point will be to get congress and cabinet working together so we can streamline discussions and voting so to eliminate the delays that we are getting at the moment.

5. With regards to the Lazocracy I have been in contact with them now we will wait to see if they are prepared to prove that they are for eSA, or not. In the meantime we will continue to fight against them at every turn. We will also be discussing the idea of accepting other Merc groups looking to make eSA their home.
