About us:
Global Consulting (GOCO) is a successful organization that emerged during early July 2009. Since then GOCO evolved from a struggling q1 weapon business into organization worth several hundred gold, with skilled and loyal worker base, competent management and great growth potential. We would like to add that even tho GOCO had large periods of inactivity, the fact that our assets far excede property value of vast majority of eRepublik players should say enough about our competence. GOCO has always tried to give its best to satisfy workerforce, customers and of course its investors, and we plan to continue with this tradition for as long as we are in business.
Stock Market Financial Details:
GOCO currently pays out 20% of total profits as dividends every Monday.
Shares are issued periodically. We always give at least 24 hours warning that shares will be issued and publish it in our news papers. Stocks are usually put on market before company makes a major successful move (eg. buying/expanding business or unexpectedly large profit yield).
However, company will always retain right to at least 51% of total shares, with shares reserves that will be used in case of stock market manipulation attack.
Company growth is best represented by the fact that in short 3 weeks period since we were audited on ERX, our stock value jumped more then 50%, while our estimated value jumped 44%.

-substential capital reseved for company expansion and securing stock market investments
Bussiness Policy:
Unlike most of the companies listed on ERX, GOCO is perfectly aware of dangers of overestimating company value. We also understand that majority of share holders and potential investors are not very well versed in the matters of stock market economy, and the easiness with which third party (or to be more blunt: stock market manipulators) can adjust the stock prices to their favor.
Since our main concern is safety and security of our investors money, we have devised a series of protective measures in order to discourage unrealistic spikes in shares value. Apart from that, company is always ready to buy out stock owners at a reasonable price, thus guaranteeing the minimal value of stock holders stocks.
Long Term Plans:
Our main goal for now is expanding to international market, specializing in high quality and high value companies. We would also like to establish fund which will be used for securing company from "economic bubble" phenomena thus finishing up securing our company from any of the stock market dangers (thus securing investments of our stock holders).
Appart from that we would also like to help out anyone who has any questions about stock market economy (our investor or not, it doesn't matter) and raise the public awareness about ERX systems, rules and modules. We would also like to help teaching out any inexperienced potential investor how to recognize bad business deals, scam orgainizations or market manipulation. This service is of course free of charge.
