As you all might have noticed I have become very inactive during the last couple of months. The reason for this is simply that I’ve finished my RL studies and started working. I will most likely remain inactive for a while, I have however decided not to dissolve Ghinsberg Group but to try and pay dividends (in some form, I’l come back to that later) every once in a while.
What is sure is that if I decide to stop pay completely I will dissolve the company and divide all the Gold among shareholders. I have always put great pride in being one of the very few listed companies that have not failed their shareholders and this will not change in the future.
Since Gold have become increasingly sacre with currency prices falling through the floor I might start paying out currency instead if Gold. Current economic conditions are pretty much making it impossible to gather any larger sums of gold. Paying out Gold on a regular basis would drain the company so the most reasonable would be paying currency untill/if MM stabilizes. This is however to be decided.
However, today there will be a dividend payout of 100 Gold or 5% of current share price! Enjoy!

well done on your continuing adherence to honesty and honour and to clear information given. Your good intentions and behaviour are a (pretty much sole) example of how the CEOs should have reacted after the fall of ERX.
Good luck with your RL working. If you chose to pay out monies for any means I think the currency idea is perfectly acceptable im my opinion given the state of the Gold market atm. Well done.
