Ok, it’s time for a brief update on GBG business last month. As you all know it have been a horrible economy with Plato and Work as Manager (hereafter WAM) sending prices of currency and products down the hole. Although we have managed to maintain profitability since my WAM is included in Company profits. I take out 300 wealth (100 goes to WAM) a day as a wage but besides that it’s all shareholders. And I produce a lot more than that, so WAM isn’t all bad news for shareholders, tough right now it might feel so.




DIVIDENDS AND INVESTMENTS
Each month a company makes profits It have two options, either pay them as dividends or Invest them, to increase future profitability. If profits are large we can do both, and we have many times in the past.

When a Corporation pay out dividend the value of Corporation goes down, but instead shareholders get gold in hand. And this is what I do when I feel that the economy allows, last couple of months we have paid 100 Gold, which is around 5% yield for shareholders.

The other option, to invest, is the path I have chosen for GBG past month. We have invested in three new Grain Companies, one Iron and two pieces of Land. In rough times like these it’s safer to keep the money in the company, and especially if you think economy will recover. Recession means bad times for selling, but good times for producing. So that’s what we’re doing, producing to sell when times are good. Plato might kill us for this, or he might prais us - let's all pray to Plato the Almighty!




SOME WORDS ABOUT THE ERX CRASH
Every single one of all the hundreds of Corporations listed on ERX have failed their shareholders, and almost every single Certified company did the same when they got the chance. All Corporation owners listed on ERX could easily get hold of their list and keep their business just like GBG and MBSB do, but not a single one besides us two did. I just wanted to point this out, as it’s a outright scam from the Corporation owners. This will not happened to you.

Oh yeah, GBG is a year old now, so those of you who have been around for a while might wanna read through the old paper with Company news before Plato takes that Org away. It’s a real interesting story seeing the company growing from one single Q3 Weapon factory to the 2000 Gold Corporation we are today.
