Hello,are you walking around,and browsing eRepublik puzzled?Are you a new player?Did that old mean player who is selfish and uses Meals On Wheels(in case you don't know what Meals On Wheels is,I'll tell you shortly) for free food even though he already has a lot of food?Well there's no need to feel lost!Every thing you need to know is in this little eArticle.To keep this article short and simple,i'll explain different aspects and key tips on eRepublik and how to do different things.


Chapter One

The Basics

Okay,so you registered,made a account,and your in.When you first log in,you'll notice a homepage .Before you begin,I suggest you explore the tabs a bit,See what they can do.On your left is your side bar.For a new citizen you have a tab called New Citizen's Jobs,Or Tasks.The tab on the left also tells your citizen's name,it's wellness(the health),your current gold and money,depending on where you live in the eWorld. You want to complete these tasks,and when your done with the New Citizen's Tasks you can head on to do other things.So the first thing i'm gonna show you is,how to get a job.But before we get into that,i'll explain a job in eRepublik.A job in eRepublik is where you go to My Places tab,and it will show Employer.Working reduces wellness,AKA health.You get money in return for working.Money will be different in each country.In the next section we will discuss more about this economy and jobs information.

Chapter 2

Economy And Jobs

Welcome to chapter 2:Economy And Jobs. So like mentioned above in chapter one,jobs make you lose health from working.Everyone starts out with 3 grain farms.These farms are worked everyday,and produce grain,grain is raw food materials used to make food.One grain farm makes 70 food raw materials everyday.You also start out with a food factory.Your food factory will,like everybody else,start with level one.This can be upgraded,as with other buildings as well,but we'll discuss that more in chapter 4.So you started off fresh in the morning,noon,evening,whenever,you can always work as long as you have a internet,your on my places,and you heave enough wellness.There is 2 ways to work.In the chart below i'll discuss between working as a manager,assigning employees,and working as a employee.

Working As A Manager
When you work as a manager,you work independently.You get the normal materials,raw materials.To work as a manager in your companies,simply check the person icon under your companies under the Work As Manager tab.After checking your desired companies that you want to work,click the Start Production button in the lower right hand corner.Note:You still use raw materials if you used work as manager for food factory,as well as working uses up health.
Assigning Employees
When you assign employees,you give them a job.But first you need a employee before you start.How you get a employee is what we'll discuss in the next few paragraphs.To assign a employee,find the Assign Employees tab,then click the person icon.After doing so,click start production as otherwhise.
Working As A Employee
If you already have a job,which I will tell you how to get a job in the next 2 paragraphs,then you're ready to start working!Find the Employer tab.You will see your 1.Employer's Name,2. Your employer's avatar,3. Your wellness that will be used in the result of working,4.Your gross salary,5. your income tax.To the right of Income Tax will be a work button.Click it to start the work for the day.Congratulations!You worked for the first time!Notice when your done working,a green check image will take the place of the work button,but don't worry.Everyday is a new day to work!

Chapter 3

The Business In Our Lives
Now we've discussed the basics.But you may be wondering,why do we need this business in our every day eLives?And we is it vital?Why,by the end of this chapter you'll know more about the daily business.So let's get down to business.
How To Find A Job
Well,once you start the game you NEED to have a job,this is the first thing you should do actually,apart from completing your profile description and avatar.But we'll discuss more of that later.To find a job,go find the Market tab on the top of your screen,click it,and scroll down the list to find "Job Market".After that,you will find job offers and how much money the job offer includes.Click apply.Congratulations,you are now employed!Remember to keep your wellness up in order to work.
How To Manage Employees Properly
So you've already have a job,and your ready to get your first employee.For a first timer in the game,i'll explain how to get a employee first.
First go to the My Places tab,Then find the tab Employees,right next to it should be a person button,click it to go to the manage employees page.

Okay,after your there,click Add Job Offer,in case you cannot find that button,find the + sign,and click it.After that,add the job details,then check it.Congratulations!You know added a job offer!
Once you have a employee,you can edit the salary,but not within the first 3 days your employee has applied.You can also fire your employees and see which days your employee has worked.Remember employees use up space in your factory.
The Summary
Okay,so we've discussed how to manage employees properly,and how to find a job.So now in this last summary of the chapter we'll wrap up on the business.Why do we need business?Think of it as our daily lives.In our real life we wake up,eat food,and head to work to earn money,which we then use that money for food and other stuff we need in our daily lives.This is also eRepublik,your second life.You get up to play,you work,manage your companies,find workers,assign them jobs,and you earn production,profits,and food.In the next chapter we'll discuss daily life of eRepublik,food,and the basic interface.We'll also discuss what terms mean,such as A Newspaper,A Military Unit,and many other of these terms commonly used in eRepublik.Congratulations,we are now complete with Chapter 3:The Business In Our Lives.
In the next chapter,we'll discuss the basic interfaces and terms used in eRepublik,we'll also discuss how to maintain a normal health eLife,and how to do certain things and what they do.

Chapter 4

Daily life in Erepublik
Daily life in Erepublik is simple! But since you are new,I would explain what you should do everyday.
Your Suggested Routine
1.Work
I cannot stress the importance of working.Working helps you get money that you need in your eLife,as mentioned above in chapter 3.It's simple.You just go to your places,click the "Work"Button,and you get money and production results.Remember that every once in a while eRepublik will ask if you are a human by verifying you with a CAPTCHA,asking you to fill out the words you see above.Note:Working takes away wellness.
2.Train
Training is what we need in wars.If you are not currently part of a Military Unit,remember to join one,but in the next chapter we'll discuss more of that.Training helps increase damage for wars,needed for missions,and other items.To train,go to My Places,Click Training Grounds in the tabs,then select the training grounds you want to train in,then click train.As said above,sometimes the system will ask you to do a CAPTCHA.Remember that you can buy training grounds to use gold for extra training,but you should save your gold.I will discuss this more in the next few chapters.
3.Collect Your Daily Bonus
After you worked and trained,go back to the homepage and select Get Reward in daily bonus,note that it is like a daily reward,you have to work for it to get a daily reward,for Days 1-4,you get 1 strength and experience point for the daily bonus,and on day 5 you get 5 strength points and experience points.
4.Daily Order
If you are already part of a Military Unit,complete the daily order.Every military unit will have it's own different daily order and the enemies you have to defeat will be different.It changes which MU you are in,which country,and how much enemies you have to defeat.After completing your daily order and collecting your reward,you will get 5 bazooka pieces and a energy bar.I'll tell you what a energy bar is soon.
After completing your daily routine,make sure to keep fighting,training,and working daily to maximize effectiveness.We are now done with chapter 4,and in the next chapter,chapter 5,we will discuss a Military Unit.

Chapter 5

Military Units
Military Units are what make up nations. If you are in a military units you fight for your country,depending on your MU. When you first join a MU, you will become a recruit and you will need to become a full time enlisted soldier in that MU by completing the MU recruit requirements. You will need to have a specific rank and defeat a specific amount of enemies. After that you are enlisted in the military unit and can do the Daily Order everyday.
The Daily Order is the order that all full time soldiers in the MU can complete every day to receive 5 bazooka parts and a energy bar. So as stated here,Military Units is what nations have to help fight against other nations to claim territories for the nation the MU is placed in. MU's can have their own private forum board or chat room. Once you are in a MU, chat in your feed,get to know other soldiers. I recommend you get in a Military Unit ASAP.

Chapter 6

Economy Module

In this chapter I will cover the economic interface. The economic module pretty covers up the use of the My Places tab and your companies. First thing I will cover are Jobs.Like I said earlier,you need a job in order to earn money. But there's more to it.The average salary you should receive as a employer should be around 50-300 USD. All salaries above that in the job markets are usually scams. But there are special employers who hire employees at minimum wage. Their bosses will usually send supplies to that worker for working. And another thing for jobs,Assigning a employee and them clicking the work button everyday is TOTALLY different.Assigning a employee is what you can do everyday as long as you have a employee,and them working everyday is them earning their paycheck from you for their services.

Job Hunting Tips and Info

If you are looking for a stable, secure job, you should probably determine how realistic the salary being offered is.
If you are a member of an organized military unit or are looking to join one, keep in mind that you may be asked or required to work in one of the unit-owned companies.
Previously in version one, you were not allowed to move out of your country without being forced to resign from your company. This is no longer the case, as you may now work at your company from anywhere as long as you and your employer's citizenship are the same.

You can view a different country's job market by using the drop-down menu located around the upper-right section of the page.
The list of jobs will show employers' avatar, employers' name, as well as salary offered.
Industry is irrelevant as your citizen is skilled in all the different industries available in eRepublik.
To apply a job, press the "Apply" button. Acceptance is instant, but the employer may fire you at any time at their discretion.
If you already have a job, you must quit your current one before applying for a new one.

When you click on Companies for sale on the Market menu, the Company Market page will open. This page presents the list of companies from your country that have been put on sale by their owners.

Companies can only be sold for Gold. Your amount of Gold is stated in the sidebar.
The price can only be +/- 10% from the creation/upgrade price
You must filter companies before by their sort and quality.
Notes:
Raw material companies can't be sold nor bought. Only Products companies can be sold or bought.
Products companies can also be downgraded until Level 1.
Raws and Level 1 Products companies can be dissolved.
