Getting into congress

as some of you may have noticed some new names popped up on the voting list for congress and some of you like me are thinking "how do I make that me?". To be honest with you I'm level 20 and have no clue and have seen level 14 people with no experince get into congress(name withheld) and Idk about you but how do you get into congress?

Mobile voting is everything to getting in congress. Mainly because of fortress London.

Being a member of a Party and gaining their backing are two reasonably important criteria for getting elected!
