STEP ONE: COREA

Route: Jiangsu (China), Jeollanam-do, Jeollabuk-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, Gangwon-do (South Korea). Then Kangwon. Then Hwangae and Hamgyong. Then Jilin (a distraction), Ryanggang, Chagang, and Pyongan.

This will give you the only Wonder of the New World, The Drago Victory Phallus, with which you cannot fail.

Liberate Kangwon first and give North Korea a good MPP or two. Liberate the rest, especially Pyongan, once the MPP is in place and they are captured. (Keep the country un-liberated on a 25th for epic PTO fighting.)

STEP TWO: LION KING

Everyone knows that we want Lion King back in the right hands. You've done it before and can do it again.

You're going to need some help, of course. EDEN HQ might have a plan. Finland's war with Russia can do nothing but help with steps one and two. I'd like to see Croatia conquer Serbia proper while the USA and mobile fighters take their High Iron, leaving them to languish in Central Asia with their /v/stan buddies, but that's just me.

Even better, wipe Serbia out entirely.

STEP THREE: SWAP LION KING AND GET CHINA SOME GOOD MPP

I know this should be obvious but let's do this right...
