Sure - but he'll be back - and with all his followers. The only way to keep him out is for the eRep product marketers to create a rule stating that no player who is banned for cheating may return as a "reincarnation" of the banned player. Sorry Draak. Not intended to be a dig at you. Ajay will be back with some new name "Captain Capitalism" or something. He'll say, "it's me" and we'll have yet another troll fest.
Bans should mean something.. not simply a reset.

What values do we know Ajay has?
-strong, proud conservative
-intensely patriotic, even nationalistic
-an outsider (for now) struggling against the effete elites who, for now, forestall his Call to Greatness
-intolerant of "subversives" who wish to undermine our national goals and pollute our population
