Gali Bali's back + GPFF Reforms

Day 2,791, 11:53 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Gali.

If anyone could make any graphics for the community PM that'd be great.

After my week-long lull in activity, concluding in an activity-less weekend, I have returned! Several things have come to my attention now that I'm back aside from the absolutely barbaric, and normie, 'Don't judge challenge'. Firstly, the GPFF admin PM has done some sterling work in scouting for new players to bring into GPFF care. Certainly, it seems that this has been one of my more successful over-ambitious projects. Speaking of over-ambitious projects, I will be setting straight to work writing up a MoEnt article on the Viking Island reboot (after tea of course).

At this opportunity to revise the GPFF PMs, there too arises an opportunity for Reform. A test run, even a very successful test run, has to be revised before going on to the actual thing. So, for my reforms I have come up with some new structuring so that the Director doesn't have to do everything, the admins won't sit around looking confused as much, everyone else has something to discuss and the project has more than one voice. So, I have come up with some new roles and ideas to both improve the above points and create a by-product of bolstered activity.

New Structure-

Director-
Me until I get bored or something. The Director generally makes decisions, deciding on the composition of the PMs and who should be involved. The Director is also the admin of the admin PM, so admin admin. The Director should always be a very trustworthy and likeable person in order to make sure that the project is both popular and serving the best interests of the nation. The GPFF is another thing that should never be used as a personal political tool or weapon. Lots of experience isn't always required. The Director is included in both PMs.

Deputy Director-
The closest advisor to the Director. The Deputy Director is an admin with a posh title until the Director goes on holiday, then the Deputy Director will take charge of the project until the Director returns. If I was director then I'd want my deputy to be very experienced and wise, but the former isn't essential. The deputy Director is included in both PMs.

Admins-
Still the same kind of thing- they decide on matters to discuss and people to add to recruit, they also advise the Director and deputy. Keep doing what you're doing! 😃

Admin of PM1-
Pretty self-explanatory. This admin is chosen from the actual admins, and their duty is to set up PM1 (after the Director send them the details for it), maintain it, and keep up the discussion.

Admin of PM2-
Pretty self-explanatory. This admin is chosen from the actual admins, and their duty is to set up PM2 (after the Director send them the details for it), maintain it, and keep up the discussion.

Spokesman-
A completely new role. The spokesman's duty is to produce a few advertisement articles and reports every now and then. They can also help the Director with recruitment and PMs. The spokesman is included in both PMs. It'd be nice to have a newer player apply for this role- it will give them a lot of experience and contacts.

At the moment, I believe that these roles will do well to improve the GPFF, although they may need to be changed, abolished, or added to in the future.
