BOLIVIAN ALTIPLANO, Bolivia--I would like to thank two of Bolivias' newest citizens for helping in the creation of the Red cross eBolivia. cro_luka, who actually created the organization and who has created the standards to which people can get help, and dr. Boza Chaos who helped with financial and informational support. Bolivia needs citizens like cro_luka and dr. Boza Chaos who are willing to take the time and use their own resources to help their fellow citizens who are in need of aid.
To receive aid from the Red cross eBolivia a citizen needs to meet certain requirements due to limited resources.
1. Any Bolivian citizen level 6 or less will receive help if they ask for aid.
2. All other citizens will receive help in wartime if their wellness level is 30. The aid will then allow them to fight and then heal at the hospital. This only applies during actual combat, NOT wargames.
I ask all citizens of Bolivia who are able to help the Red cross eBolivia in any way you can. Donat food, money, gold or gifts to the Red cross eBolivia.

I would like to thank you for your time and ask you all to fight in the wargames and then go to the hospital to heal up to 100 wellness. It helps you be more productive and that helps us all. I also would like you to give what you can to the Red cross eBolivia. It will only make us stronger.

BOLIVIA Altiplano, Bolivia - Me gustaría dar las gracias a dos de los nuevos ciudadanos de Bolivia "para ayudar en la creación de la eBolivia Cruz Roja. cro_luka, que en realidad creó la organización y que ha creado los estándares para que las personas pueden obtener ayuda, y dr. Boza Chaos que ayudó con el apoyo financiero y de información. Bolivia necesita ciudadanos como cro_luka y dr. 2. Todos los demás ciudadanos a recibir ayuda en tiempo de guerra si su nivel de bienestar es de 30. La ayuda les permitirá a luchar y luego sanan en el hospital. Esto sólo se aplica durante un combate real, juegos de guerra NO.
Pido a todos los ciudadanos de Bolivia que son capaces de ayudar a los eBolivia Cruz Roja en cualquier forma que pueda. Donat alimentos, dinero, oro o regalos a los eBolivia Cruz Roja.
