Friend a Fellow Filipino

The law proposals for increase minimum wage and citizen fees continue unabated. I'm not in favour of these increases; I don't think throwing money at a problem is the best solution. In many cases, simple education is all that is needed. I am suggesting we all put some effort into a "Friend a Fellow Filipino" scheme. Its very simple, when you log on, click on our glorious flag and see who is online. If you spot anyone you don't recognise, and they have either low wellness or low experience friend them and send a nice simple email explaining who you are and if they need any help to ask you. If you think its relevant, send them a link to the wellness sticky on the forum.

If you want help with a sample letter just let me know but I think its better to just keep it short and sweet. This costs nothing, and should help our population decline.

If you are feeling particularly generous, donate them money, food or even a gift if you have one.

Now that we have hospitals in place thanks to Big Boy Bulley we can soon direct people to fight to increase their wellness AND gain experience.

I agree. it's not a good idea to give additional 2.5PHP to new citizens whom we don't know if they will still be active on the following days. following your "Friend a Filipino Scheme" is the more advisable thing to do.

hopefully, many filipinos will do this "bayanihan" thing.

[bayanihan is used to refer the spirit of communal unity and cooperation here in RL philippines.]

another way to spot a potential "friend" is to look at your company's employees' list. look for those who had worked in the last two days, check out their WP, and if you see that it's low, then tell them about wellness & stuff.
