Free Stuff!!! (if you answer the trivia question correctly)

Introduction
I've written on my previous article that I'm giving away free food for baby citizens. I've noticed that in a span of 24 hours, only two citizens below level 6 have asked for the free food. It's not much but it also shows that some "babies" do read articles (depending on the article's title anyway).

To play eRepublik, one really needs to do a lot of reading. We learn the basics of the game by doing this. Now, in order to encourage new citizens to read more, I'm starting a program which will benefit both our new citizens and ePhilippines.

Program Mechanics
+ Only citizens level 12 and below may join the program.
+ There will only be one question in a day.
+ I will be announcing on this newspaper if a new trivia question will brought out. Once the announcement is published, I will be accepting registration within 24 hours.
+ When posting the announcement, I will also be giving out "hints" on what the next trivia question is all about.
+ I will also be stating the prices at stake when doing the announcement.
+ Trivia questions will not be given out on a daily basis because funds for prices are low at the moment. Giving it out on random days will also encourage citizens to check the news regularly.
+ The questions will be randomly selected from the official wiki, current events, game tutorial, etc., as long as it's related to eRepublik
+ Questions will be sent via PM to registered citizens.
+ Answers to trivia questions will be sent to me through PM.
+ Prices will be given to the first three registered citizens who will answer the trivia question correctly.
+ Prices will depend on my mood 😃

Sample
+Day 820: I will be posting on this newspaper that on Day 821, I will be giving out a trivia question. The hint will also be given out on this day.
+Upon reading the announcement, citizens below level 12 may PM me within 24 hours stating that they want to join the trivia contest
+Day 821: After 24 hours of the announcement, I will be sending the questions to those who have registered. 24 hours will be the time given to them to answer the trivia question.
+Day 822: After 24 hours, I will be announcing who won the contest.
+Lastly, I will be awarding the price(s) to the winner(s).

Note:This program is only on its soft start so please bombard me with suggestions.
