Courtesy of your friends in the Socialist Freedom Party (SFP), the Rainy Day Food Program provides tasty free rice to those in need. Just fill out the form. If you meet the sensible requirements, then a pile of yummy e-food will arrive in your account before too long.
This program is aimed at offering a helping hand to those in need. If you are a veteran player, or you own a bunch of companies, then don't bother applying. Also, this program is not open to members of the SFP Bear Cavalry (BC) since they're already supplied by the SFP BC Commune.
Here are the requirements:
1. You must be below level 20.
2. You must not have a collection of companies (either enough to self-sustain yourself, or to make enough profit in order to purchase food).
3. You must NOT be a member of the Socialist Freedom Party Bear Cavalry.
