Free Finland And Continuation Of The Russian Resistance

Congratulations to Finland, who moments ago secured Aland and reunited their country in its entirety for the first time in months. With this final battle SPEAR '08 now officially comes to a close, and soon peace will be signed between our nations. While the operation was not carried out as efficiently as we may have all liked, it has worked out in the end as this day now marks the independence of Finland in eRepublik as well as in real life.

On to the next military exercise. Tomorrow Russia will launch its second resistance war to reclaim the territory of Western Siberia. All Norwegian soldiers are kindly asked to join the Russian side, to push the wall down to manageable levels as quickly as possible, and avoid the problem of Norway securing the region. Good luck on the battlefield tomorrow.
