Franz Kafka for President of Egypt

Day 1,621, 23:36 Published in Egypt Egypt by Franz Kafka

I'm back to the world after a thoroughly relaxing break in Siwa, Egypt.

Racing across Sand dunes, sleeping out in the desert, exploring ruins of one of the most famous Oases in the world, has kept me offline most of this week.

It was here that Alexander the Great trekked to consult the Oracle as he conquered the Persian Empire.

A gem of ancient Egypt, missed out by most tourists who simply head down the Nile or across to Sharm El Sheikh.
