Battle Orders :
The war vs Russia was announced to be a training war. The regions Nord-Norge and Svalbard & Jan-Mayene will be returned to Norway via RWs. The RWs have already started http://www.erepublik.com/en/wars/show/4262

This was the plan all the time. We in the government would like to apology if you feel left out in the dark on this, we wrongly assumed that it was obviously that this was the only what to have this training war as we can't win a battle against Russia and her MPPs .


The last week :
We started to plan a TW with Russia as soon as the NE mission with the time limit was announced. We could not afford to loose the str. bonus for our citizens. We had a discussion about it on our government part of our forum. The training war with Russia was initialized by a Norwegian congressman before the discussion on the forum was ended. Russia assumed that when we had proposed them as NE, that we had agreed on the TW so they also proposed Norway as their NE. So far everything was going ok. The training war was started a little before it should have, but that was our error.

A few hours later U.K also proposed us as their NE. This was when our problems started. This war was not planned and was interpreted as an act of war against Norway. Things did not go better when their president told us that they "just" wanted to take all our southern regions up to were Sweden is blocking of our northern regions. At that time, the worst case scenario was that Norway would be wiped of the map in a few days.

This is when we came up with the plan to block of U.K. Finland was to propose Norway as a NE and conquer Østlandet. This way Herjedalen and Jamtlandet was safe against U.K.

After some long talks with the president of U.K, we decided to agree on that U.K was to try to loose the battle in Vestlandet when it started, if that dint work RW it back to Norway the next day.
The battle with U.K over Vestlandet was the first to start. At that time it had our highest priority. The battle with Finland in Østlandet started soon after and it had zero priority.

The next thing that happened was that a RW was startet against Norway in Herjedalen and Jamtlandet. This was realy bad, we was now back on square one as we againt was risking to loose all our regions.

The battle vs U.K. in Vestlandet was lost, even if the U.K president and his men used hundreds of gold on the Norwegian side. The battle vs Finland in Østlandet was lost as planned. We won the RW in Jamtlandet and Herjedalen 8-7. The British startet a RW for Norway in Vestlandet and returned that region to us the next day.
