Foreign territories taxation

In order to redress the balance of power between states, a new taxation should be introduced. A state which had conquered a foreign region have to pay an increasing amount of local currency per week, depending of the number of foreign territories under its control:

1 territory: 1000 of local currency per week
2 territories: 1000 + 2000 = 3000 L.C./week
3 territories: 1000 + 2000 + 3000 = 6000 L.C./week
4 territories: 1000 + 2000 + 3000 + 4000 = 10000 L.C./week

and so on.

In this way, conquer and maintain foreign territories will become increasingly expensive and states will not disappear from the map (that is extremely harmful for the success of this game in those countries).
