Foreign Affairs, iNCi, and a bit of cabinet - Emerick for President

Greetings, America

I'll be honest, it's not a great time to be Terra/Eden. Around the world, our allies are being subjected to the harshest of treatment by the worst tyrants and terrorists of our world. Terra is tenaciously attending to the wounds started by Spoland, and Eden is eddying around the drain. Yesterday, Croatia fell to Santa's servants in Serbia. Yes, it's hard times in the civilized world. How will we help our allies regain their land, you ask? Well, by looking at the numbers, it's clear that together, Terra and Eden out-damage NWO. However, coordination between us has not been fantastic thus far. I intend to pressure both alliances to strive for better coordination between us. There have been attempts thus far, but it's obviously not good enough. Appoint a liaison between the two alliances, merge our docs, IRC rooms, whatever it takes, we need to do it. Pussyfooting around and acting like our goals are not exactly the same is not working, and the first major goal of my administration is to correct this issue.

To help me conquer this issue will be my Secretary of State Laxsnor. Yes, I'm changing it back to the American title. He's served in foreign affairs for months on end, and I have a lot of confidence in his abilities. I'm also helping him put together a robust staff for him to work with, including contacts from around the world, such as former Russian, Alexandr Sunbeliever III and former Fin, TTi09. Those are confirmed staff members, and I will assemble more foreign friends to help us bring Eden and Terra closer if a victory for me is clear on the 5th.



Leading my cabinet will be Teucer, as my Chief of Staff. Teucer was a major part of building the Training Corps during the later parts of World War 3, fall 2009. Since then, he's been an officer in TC, then spent time in the Airborne until he recently resigned to join the UltraMarines. He's a hard working, dedicated, and intelligent individual, and I'm extremely pleased to have him leading my staff.

To continue doing the best he can for retention and domestic issues as a whole, I'm bringing CRoy back as Secretary of Interior. He's had a lot of success bringing citizens to our forum and helping retention with his ~bewbs 4 newbs~ program, and his National Broadcast System, which we hope to go live very soon. This greasemonkey script was made by Qnfauf, and I hope to use his skills in the next month with him as my Secretary of Technology.

I've asked Avruch to serve as my Secretary of Defense. In addition to the usual work with the Office of Militia Support and Arm America programs, he's going to do more with the department than we've seen since the Joint Chiefs of Staff was founded in early 2009. We hope to have him working with the JCS on strategy matters(and I do trust his strategy advice - I recently spoke to him on a certain subject, and not only did he agree with the CJCS's advice, but he explained it to me in a way that made sense to me), and perhaps expand his department to become an actual department, not just 3 guys crunching numbers(which, to be fair, is what strategy is).
