Here is the possibly the first article from a uswp member intended to help the workers of America.
Don't work at a high salary job. Basically any job, that offers you just money for your work.($100+ job)
Instead make a deal with your employer. Pm them what you want in return for your work.
All of these you receive 1 usd and a choice
Choice 1. Get paid the current highest salary job offer though donation. Or get paid in gold.
Choice 2.(credit to ghinculov) Get paid 1/2 of your production. Say you make 200 q5 food, you would get 100 q5 food pay.
Choice 3.Get paid a fair amount of goods. (tanks/foods)
There may be more choices, but I can't think of any right now. These are intended to give you the worker the most out of your work.
Side note: The government shouldn't encourage the above by jacking up income taxes. Just look at a bunch of other countries with low income tax (1-2

Highly improbable. VAT & Raw Material costs are around 55-60% of the market price. Currently, the price structure of a Q5 weapon is: 7% for the employer, 30.1% for the employee, 44.7% for raw materials and 14.56% to Uncle Sam!

Actually they do get what they should. The problem is overtaxation suffocating both employees and employers. Neither newbies, nor more experienced (yet less economically aware) players should fall for the pure bs about 'greedy company owners vs exploited workers'. The problem is the feudal/socialist income centralization, cutting back both the profits of company owners and their employees.

Ok well Im working for gnic and getting paid 90 q5 food a day so yeah. I said the other thing because currently the highest paying job is 160, x85% is 136. And 90 q5 food is much more than 136 usd

If you read the title it says for the workers not for the government. We don't have to avoid(high taxes) what we don't have to avoid(low taxes).
