MEMO TO ALL USAF PERSONNEL

Effective as of September 3, 2013; I Synesi, hereby resign from the position of commanding officer of the eUnited States Flight Training program. I formally acknowledge Rushaun as the new commanding officer of the eUnited States Flight Training program. He has earned the position through duty, valor, and an overall awesome job.
