Dearest Citizens,

I am writing today to request your support for a third consecutive term in office as your Prime Minister. My policies are clear and my goals are simple. Strong, direct and stable government is what I will deliver you for a third time. You've seen what I stand for, what I hope to achieve and why you should vote Flatty for a Third Term.

I will not outline all my government's achievements, because most of you are well aware of what we have, as a collective and as a nation, delivered. But I will run over a few highlights and I will explain their significance in an effort to clarify for those who remain sceptical, what this government can achieve and what we can do if we all work together.

We conquered Java and almost every other Indonesian Region. This in itself is a huge achievement. Whilst some will say that Indonesia were on holiday, or they were not fighting back or even the fact that we no longer hold all our regions is evidence that we simply got lucky, I reject these claims. We were at the time HUGELY supported by TWO (including Poland, Serbia, Iran, Argentina etc). The Biggest Nations banging down extensive amounts of damage for us! I ask you to stop being negative and look on the bright side! NEVER BEFORE HAVE WE HELD THE INDONESIAN CAPITAL! But we did, we hurt their pride, a goal that for many having fought this war for years, can smile at.



But what of our situation now? Well again, stop being so negative. It's a game, have fun and enjoy our achievements and laugh at Indonesia trying so hard to wipe us after we completed the biggest troll act of all time. A nation of 789 overwhelmed a nation of 4 483. But it's not only the fact that Indonesia are hitting us, but TWO have being as a collective overwhelmed by coordinated strikes from CoT. Serbia as you can see were facing a wipe and other regions came under fire. We had our moment in the sun, but it was time for us to share the spotlight. We are an alliance, a team and we help our allies as well. That's what Australians do.



I don't care, I want my region back!? Well I tell you patience. I've said it before and I'll say it again. This game isn't about winning all the time. It's about having fun in the meantime. It's a journey, and unfortunately game mechanics means there is no destination! So let's, together have fun along the way! Enjoy the struggle, the resistance and laugh when you see Indonesia's pride crumble. WE ARE THE UNDERDOGS and we still showed them AUSTRALIAN STEEL!



Well that's all well and good, but being occupied is no fun. I agree. So I promise that I will do my best to ensure that for congress we have as many regions as possible! TWO are regaining their footholds, and with FYROM now in eNew Zealand, means that the Pacific has become ever-so-much more important strategically for our alliance. I will be campaigning the TWO-HQ for assistance alongside our newly formed Kiwi Brothers for liberation. We will have our time again.



Ok, but what do we do in the meantime? Well I will be reforming domestic policy and promoting activity. I admit that the last month has been quiet and that is not acceptable. But we cannot rely on the government to promote activity solely. We need all of YOU to help, get involved and have some fun with us! I appeal to all Party Presidents, MU Commanders and Leaders of this nation to get active and help our new players and older players too, to have fun and get active. I ensure you government this term will step up it's involvement, but we are only 40% of the solution, YOU are the other 60%. Let's do it together and create a more lively society!



That sounds exciting, but how? So many options! IRC activity, constant articles, DoD included, which was let down this term I admit, Education articles, Senate articles (working with the Speaker) and just getting society more alive! If we lead the charge, you guys will follow and then we will see even more growth. We need you.



Ok cool, but what about policy for this term? Policy is simple. Change where change is due. Everyone is aware of the ADF Reform; so I can say that I will continue that pathway. We will see a more sustainable, less restricted ADF that will serve our New Players alongside Centrelink. I also want to see Senate getting more active, this done through reviewing outdated laws alongside the executive to decide what needs updating and what needs leaving. I cannot give examples because that is for senate to decide.

But alongside ADF Reform I will investigate our finances thoroughly. We maintain significant reserves, so we will be seeing how we can build those reserves as well as well as put them to good use in positive national schemes that will become in the longer term profitable and promote a better nation. At present, we will investigate possible MU funding or more regular government hand-outs at strategic times without exhausting government funds. It's all about balance and this term we will be finding the level for future governments to go off.



So you've got some good policy ideas, who's going to implement them? Cabinet is an integral part of any government and any past CP will tell you without a good cabinet there can be no good government. Unfortunately this term, Cabinet has been relatively quiet. So for the coming month a smaller more succinct cabinet has been formed.

N.B. If you want a cabinet position you MUST be active (determined by activity on IRC): applications will be scrutinised thoroughly so make sure you are prepared for a busy and active month. Do not apply lightly.

With this team, a small and efficient government will be deliver to you. Our goals are simple, our plans are laid out. We are prepared to work hard and work constantly to deliver our results. But we always ensure we have fun along the way. We are not idle and we are not no livers. An efficient team of experienced members. We will be running internships, but you MUST BE PREPARED; activity is essential.
