The newly elected Congress of eArmenia held its first official session on the 26th of May, at 12:00 eRep time.

The first item on the Agenda was to elect the Speaker of the Parliament. Myself (KokoAp) being the only candidate, there was no voting . Next voting was for the Vice-Speaker. Two Candidates came forwar😛
- Sar.Windsor
- Holden Mahgroin
The result of the voting was 8 votes for Sar.Windsor, and 3 votes for Holden. Sar.Windsor was elected as Vice-Speaker

Next item on the Agenda was the establishment of the Citizenhip commission
While there was an agreement among the 4 parties that each party would nominate a member for this Commission (with the Country President taking part when elected), unfortunately, the Armenian Communist Party declined to participate, so only 3 members were designated.

- Holden Mahgroin : Armenian Founding Party
- sprobujinaczej : Armenian Freedom Party
- Zombinho : National Armenian Party
Their duty shall be to approve or reject the Citizenship applications according to the merits of the applicant.

Following this, Voting took place regarding the tax structure of our new country:

New Work Tax 3% Unfortunately due to a troll law proposal, this is delayed by a day
Import tax weapons 80%: rejected
New Import tax (Food and Weapons) : 5%
New VAT Tax Foo😛 5%
New VAT Tax Weapons: 5% (waiting for the old proposal to expire)
Import taxes for Raw Materials : keep at 1%
Import and VAT taxes moving tickets : 5%
New Minimum Wage 1 AMD

All the above law proposals, where possible, were immediately voted upon.

The next subject proposed for voting was establishing the Military Unit Army of the R. of Armenia as the national army of eArmenia. This proposal was accepted.

The rest of the meeting was a free dicussion regarding potential MPP's and alliances with regards to the pros and cons of different Alliances, dangers facing us etc.
The next session was decided to be held on Wednesday 28th of May, 12:00 eRep time.
The session was brought to a close on 15:30 eRep time
