post counts don't count for much, all of the pcp congressmen have joined the forums and I'm guessing our combined posts are greater if you're going to count post counts.

Yeah, I agree post counts don't actually say much other than the person posts a lot of comments (and not always constructive, political comments). However, the lack of ANY posts does show something, and that is that the person has no activity on the forum. Couple that with no presentation, and I have to be honest, but all that seems to suggest is sheep voting! Now I know some will protest at this, and call it unfair, but when we look at the number of Congressmen who had no presentation, or no forum activity, it doesn't look good on them actually being interested in how the system works. I would say they just want the 5 gold for winning an election, but then I would be more cynical than most.
The other interesting thing to note is which Parties have 'inactive' Congressmen...
OK, re-edited to be more readable. I think post counts don't count for much in some cases (eg. loads of spam or chat about films or whatever) however it is a good indication of how active a member is on the forums. Sometimes being a good representative is about being well known and likes, and posts do count for something there.
@Rastari- as you can see there are 3 PCP 'super-posters' however there are also 2 inactive and 3 low activity congressmen. It is better to have all active congressmen rather than a few very committed and several uncommitted congressmen.

well keitarour is the the MoW so i think he is committed enough, there are other notable members with small post counts that are very committed.
