This article is specially for the people who have doubts as to how the game will be played. I will explain you everything step wise.

Firstly u need to register your team. Your team will have 11 players. 1 Goal Keeper is compulsory and excluding him there has to be a combination of defender, midfielder and forwards. In one team there will be minimum 3 defenders, 3 mid fielders and 1 forward player. Therefore you need to have the remaining 10 players in any combination u like (after you have complied with the minimum players criteria).

For eg: u can have a formation of 4-4-2 where you can have four defenders, four mid fielders and 2 forwards.

After you have selected your team as per the above norms you need to choose a Captain of your team. The Captain needs to be one of the eleven players that you have chosen in your team.

Each player has been given certain value. The total team value should not exceed 1000 points.

Your team will be getting points as per the real life performance of those football players in the FIFA World CUP 2010. The points will be given as per the rules given below: Rules for the event: 1) total 11 players and 4 substitution through out the tournament allowed. 2) Total team value cannot exceed 1000 points. 3) goalkeeper can be substituted only once 4) minimum 3 defender, 3 midfielder and 1 attacker in a team 5) Choose a captain from your chosen 11 players and points of captain gets doubled. Captain can be changed only by using up one of your substitution 6) Point scoring: Goal scored by striker - 8 points Goal scored by mid fielder - 10 points Goal scored by defender - 12 points Goal scored by goalie - 15 points Assists of goal gets 6 points Clean sheet (for the entire match irrespective of substitution) mid fielder - 2 points defenders - 10 points goal keeper - 15 points Goal conceded - 1 goal conceded - no negative excess of 1 goal conceded - (-)2 to defender for every goal excess of 1 goal conceded - (-)4 to goal keeper for every goal Playing rewards - player in starting line up gets 4 points player coming in as substitution gets 2 points Penalty Yellow card (-) 4 to the concerned player Red Card (-) 8 to the concerned player You can register for this event through[/img]here.
