Feffo for 5th November: military plan

Dear CR People,

I'm going to post the parts of my plan in order to discuss it with you.

so, this is my military plan for the 5th November:

- We'll have two Mo😨 StargoX and Maria_M. If they accept, the place will be their.
- I'll create another Org, called Czech Socialist Republic Army. MoD will be given the password and only them will have that. In that Org I'll move the Q1 Tank Company and I'll try to build other 3 Q1 Companies (at least if Admins don't move every skill into only one again)
- After the creation of the Q1 Weapons Communes, I'll focus on the Red Army. This is the most important military project we've ever led, so my aim will be to improve it. My aim is to have 3 Q4 Weapons Companies and a Q3 Food. At the moment we have one Q3 Tank and a Q2 Food.
- CSR Army will be made up of Czech People's Militia (also involved in International with the Red Army) and the Czech Army, made up of non-communist/socialist people.
- If we'll manage to have NB and Moravia back, I'll ask Slovakia and Poland to stop the war. We don't need it, they too. It is only a risk for both of us (with the MPP rule Poland risks to have Phx forces against them for a mistake). I'll also try to collect 100 GOLD for a MPP to join a War (for example Bolivia) which enable us to increase our rank point, giving us the chance to increase our strenght, which, IMHO, should be our primarly aim.
- I'll create a Q2 Hospital Company.
