Feds P/H

Day 1,931, 19:44 Published in USA USA by Bucephalus92

Greetings Bros,

A seriously good Bro tip

For those who may not be aware the Fed party occasionally holds writing contents for its members. A date and topic is chosen, gold is donated, and people can try to win themselves some money while simultaneously injecting some life into the media module. This time they posed the question, what makes Feds such great leaders?

Now before I try to convince you that Feds are great leaders (which they definitely are) its crucial for me to explain a bit about myself first. You see, I'm a cynic. I typically react to enthusiasm and optimism with about as much good will as scrooge on Christmas Eve.

Honestly I wasn't even going to write an article for this contest. I fully intended to ignore it, just like I ignored the last one, and the one before that, and the one before that. But then I saw articles like this and this one and this one. Before I knew it and against my much better cynical judgement I found myself actually interested in the topic. So I spaced out and began pondering to myself (which was easy to do in a three and a half hour class)

Why do Feds make great leaders? It took me a little whole to figure it out, but I think in the end I've boiled it down to pretty much just one thing.
Enthusiasm, and a s&*t ton of it. The Fed party is quite honestly so enthusiastic and optimistic that its downright stupid. But its so downright stupid that its freakin brilliant.

Ok so now you may be a bit confused at this point. Didn't I say in the beginning that I hated enthusiasm and optimism?
I DO! Thats the crazy thing, despite my best efforts the Feds have broken down my cynical outlook, at least in erepublik.

They just bring so much damn enthusiasm all the damn time, noone can hope to withstand it forever! I was a two clicker for well over two years before I made the mistake of joining the Fed forum, now theres no turning back, I'm P/H for life. The leaders of the Feds are like energizer bunnies, but instead of batteries they run on enthusiasm. Where the hell all that optimism comes from I have no freakin clue, all I know is that the Feds have more of it than any other group I've ever seen in this game. PTO be damned, as long as we have the Feds I'm honestly not that worried about our future.
