Federalist Party President Election Tomorrow!!

Day 937, 19:04 Published in USA USA by Federalist Party

In what has become one of the tightest races ever seen for the Leadership the Federalist Party, Alexander Hamilton and David Landon recently competed in a lockdown tie in the closing moments of the Party Primaries; both contender received a noteworthy twenty-five votes each. It was evident from the very beginning that both we able and capable in to become the Party’s President.

Their qualifications were never placed into question as both have long served in Leadership roles within the party and even in the United States Government. Both are even currently serving in the Executive Branch of the Chocolate McSkittles Administration, David Landon as a second term Secretary of Media and while Alexander Hamilton is currently the White House Chief of Staff.

However when the two official candidates were invited yesterday to participate in a Question & Answer session under the auspice the Federalist Political Director FireSand, the race seemed get even tighter. This was due to the fact that the responses from both candidates were thoroughly structured and very thought provoking.

It has to be noted as well that most of the questions originated from Federalist Party Members who wanted to know what each of the candidate’s leadership would entail for the party. Below are some highlights of the responses from both candidates.

Neither wanted to distance themselves from recently administrations. They both agree that the most important party of the PP job is management. Both expressed passion for the party and a strong desire to serve.

1. Explain why you are running for the Party Presidency and why you think you would be better than the other candidates for the office?

Alexander Hamilton wrote:
I am running for the Party Presidency because I believe I can lead the Federalists to continued growth and success. It’s certainly hard for me to say that I’d make a better PP than David Landon, however I believe I offer party members a choice.

David Landon wrote:
I think I could do a lot for the party as president. I’m a fresh face in the position, and have some good ideas to keep the party on the roll it’s been these past few months. I love Alexander Hamilton, to be honest I think either of us would make good party presidents. However, I have a lot of ideas I'd like to implement, which will be discussed later on in the answers.

What plans or proposals do you have in place to lead the Feds past APF into #1 Party?

Alexander Hamilton wrote:
Recruitment & Retention, this is one area where David Landon holds all the cards. If elected I will make sure he has the resources he needs to continue his programs. Media is another area where we can gain an edge in recruiting new citizens and convincing old citizens to join the Federalists.

David Landon wrote:
Everything we're currently doing will get us going down the right track. Increasing our media presence will as well. I believe we’re the most effective party on the country. However, we don’t have too much of a media presence. Dave Richards/Tibbets and Jason Calloway are doing some great things with the media department. I think they need to keep doing what they’re doing. We need more members writing Fed Pride articles. We also need to expand our presence more onto the eUS Forums, something I’ve been noticing has been happening more, which is excellent.

Thanks David. :3

Whoever leads this party will have a lot on their plate over the next month, but the great thing is that we have proved that both candidates are capable of handling such responsibilities. We leave one spectacular PP behind, and enter a new era of Federalist success. Whoever wins, we rally behind him as one unit and escalate ourselves to a new level of greatness. Let's do this, Feds.

Vote Alexander Hamilton or David Landon in tomorrow's election!
