Fed Party Writing Contest

Day 1,813, 12:55 Published in USA USA by EnterAwesome

Hello Once Again Readers,

What is it about the Federalist Party that makes our members such good leaders?

I highly believe that the term you're either a leader or a follower is cliché and obsolete in today's modern standards. A CEO of an elaborate and successful company leads their company but follows the board of directors. The board of directors leads the stakeholder's opinions but follows their guidelines. The Stakeholder's lead the decisions in the company but follow their elected representative’s decisions.

Trying to determine “good” leaders from “bad” leaders in a numerical way can be quite difficult depending on what that person is leading. Let me ask a question to try and answer the above question... Why Does The Fed Party produce such quality and reliable leaders? There could be an answer, I don't know it, probably no one does. The majority is speculation...

What makes for a successful leader? Situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and intelligence, among others? Maybe somebody whom people follow: somebody who guides or directs others.

I will explain the Fed Leadership Transformation Process, a term I just made up right now, from the eyes of a newb and new Fed. You just joined the Feds in game just because, probably because they are ranked 1, or 2, maybe you like the logo. Who cares, you're now a Fed. So you herp derp around the game when all of a sudden some hipster messages you talking about elections and vote for these people because I said so. Included in this message is our forum link.

So you, the newb, clicks the link and gets greeted with something spectacular: The Fed forum. You realize that there are actual people out there... The Fed Forum is nicely polished and attractive and dare I say, much better then any Party Forums I've ever seen. You want to join YOU WANT TO JOIN NOW. So you do and you post a welcome message. Within the hour at least 5-10 people welcome you and you feel important. So much nice images, so much nice people everyone wants to help you. Wtf is lockeism? Welcome home.

You get involved in the forum because its just so awesome and find out something called IRC, a chat room you can talk on. SCORE! Now you can talk to these noobs in real time. You join #fedpartychat just like everyone said so and BAM. So much people, so much feds, so much awesome. You're now talking and chatting with people, you show interest in getting involved and HOLYBAMWHOPPINGCOW. You get pings everywhere. You get offered a small job in the Fed Party. You want to do good, NO. You must do good. This party is so great you want to be apart of it, you want it to succeed. The people here are your new eRep family, you know it deep down. Fed4Life.

Things are happening so fast, everyone is here to help you. You're confident. You can do anything. People have noticed your talents, the Feds made sure everyone saw your work and how well you do. You're offered a position in a national context, most likely an Ambassador or perhaps a DoE writer.

Whats funny is that this happens ALL THE TIME. The Fed Community fosters excellence by being excellent. Our members want to lead, our members want to inspire others, our members want to do their best, and our members are successful at them because of the community of players.

You will never find no party like the Feds and that is why we have successful leaders; because we have an established core of members that want others to succeed and will go beyond to make sure it happens. We are a family, truly.

Love
Taiga
