The Speaker has graciously waved the 24 hour discussion rule so that we may swiftly resolve this matter before elections.

I'd like to keep the wording of this very limited so it doesn't tie our hands for another month.

Proposal:

[Constitutional Amendment]

Section III will be modified so as to include a new amendment.

Amendment 1a.) For the January 2013 Presidential term, the country President will be recognized as Fingerguns, winner of the Unity Presidential Elections. For the purpose of this document, as well as the eUS Code, all powers formerly vested in the country president will now be vested in Fingerguns, the shadow president. This amendment will expire on February 6th at 03:00 eRep time and will be removed from the Constitution at that time.
