Bogdan_L, is the guy with the most medals in eRomania, known for his stats, and he’s proud to have more than 9000 subscribers around the eWorld (more than Ministry of Defense's newspaper!). He was the 1st in eRepublik to bring stats from the battles. Many to come 🙂 In that time he was scrapping the site as no API was available back then. First one in v2 as well . Also he's been publishing a daily series, named ‚Milestones’ since more than a year ago.



What’s the story of his name? Bogdan_L: Bogdan is my first name, L comes from the initial of my last name, but the combination makes a much younger version of me (in Romanian, my nickname is a diminutive of Bogdan).
How he joined the eWorld? Bogdan_L: I've joined eRepublik in february 2009 after reading an advertising campaign in Cotidianul (Romanian newspaper). Just before the great Romanian campaign in Asia.

dSokre, 1st player of eWorld with 14 Media Mogul Medals!!! And a staggering 19 Society Builder Medals!!! First player in the eWorld with 4 Media Mogul medals, the first eCroat with Media Mogul Medal. Started the Team Party in Croatia.

What’s the meaning of his name? dSokre: My RL name is Krešimir, short is Kreso, nickname in RL is SoKre, and SoKre in erepublik was taken, and I use name dSoKre (when you read it, it is short from The SoKre 🙂.
How he joined eWorld? dSokre: When eCroatia is created in eRep at day 9.12. 2008. I read newspaper in some bar and see article in newspapers and I join eRepublik next day 😃

Crista22, started as a soldier in the National Guard, which is like a nursery since all the eBabies grow up there, and in some days she was elected commander of a regional squad – GN Muntenia. After she joined the Romanian Air Forces and a few months after she became commander of FAR Alpha – the elite squad of FAR where all the tanks are – she got to boss around RupeTot and zzZZzz. She was seven times the Minister of Foreign Affairs of eRomania during the terms of Adiemus, andyr (twice), Alex Craciun, Buru, Il Dottore. Assistant Foreign Affairs Organizer of EDEN in the time of Shoot, Military Adviser of eRomania in EDEN while Buru was Country President. She retired for two months and now she's the Adviser of Foreign Affairs.

What's the meaning of her name? Crista22: Well, my name actually has nothing to do with me. My RL name is Andra and you can see for yourself the difference. It’s a name I made up in 5 seconds thinking I will never actually play the game. Someone told me Crista is an anagram for “racist” which is cool because I am xD.
How she joined eWorld? Crista22: I joined the New World after I saw a friend of mine playing – Rootz. I told him I made an account after 2-3 months of playing and he was the one who got me into FAR.

Jewitt, two times President of the eUSA, four times Media Mogul, four-time Vice President (one month Singapore, three months USA), USA Economic Council Director, Co-Editor of "The Jewitt Report" Newspaper and Radio Show, Co-Writer of every USA Tax Plan passed between December 2008 and V2, Consulted eThailand and eSingapore on economic policy, Chief Financial Officer of the formerly-largest USA corporation, TVA Group.

What’s the meaning of his name? Jewitt: ’ My name is actually a real-life joke between my friends. I apparently have a massive nose, so one day when a good friend of mine was under the influence of various herbs made that connection that I looked Jewish. My last name is very unique, Truitt, so he replaced the "Tru-" with "Jew-." Since then, I have used the name on nearly every online account I need to register for.’
How he joined eWorld? Jewitt: I joined eRepublik just like a lot before me, through Alexis's "elevator pitch." I was browsing for a replacement to my NationStates.net, NavyField, and Superpower2 games. I wanted something citizen-based, or at least not so national.’

teknik562, in V1 he was 4 times MoD, 3 times vice-MoD of Turkey, 2 times congress member. Founder of the first regular army structure and army newspaper of Turkey. Founder of first lazocracy. Famous as soldier. Now he's just a 4 clicker.



What's the story behind his name? teknik562: It is hard to pronounce my real name in Turkish. So my close friends calling me as 'teknik' (because i am an electronic engineer). I like this name, and using as nickname in all the games. I added my car's number 562 to it, because 'teknik' is a common name in the games 😛. So that number indicates me 😃
How he joined eWorld? teknik562: Bucanner - My best friend in RL- called me to click something (just buying foods and working 😛 ), then wishmaster6 sent me an invite and poisoned me 😃

Mimihitam, an ex-President of China. Became congresswoman of Slovenia in November 26th 2008 as she and her friends from Indonesia, TO-ed Slovenia and stole their money. After that, she came to China, settled a party named "The Stars of Melijanna" and ruled over China. She invaded South Korea, opening doors for Goons to enter China. Then, she turned China into Indonesian puppet, helping Indonesia in the war against Romania. After Romania-Indonesia war ended, she moved back to Indonesia, together with her group. Was Foreign Minister of Indonesia. Even though she caused tensions between allies, she managed to improve relations with India and Bosnia&Herzegovina, this way successfully opening the path for Indonesian troops toward North America via Kyushu. She also created many embassies. Deputy Foreign Minister of Indonesia under the administration of citizen "wonder forward" and a spiritual adviser of roy_f. She founded Ministry of Indonesian Manpower under the president's acceptance. She was mentioned by NicoSianipar as "one of person who can replace my own military genius".

What’s the story behind her name? Mimihitam: Magica De Spell, in Indonesian Mimi Hitam.
How she joined the eWorld? Mimihitam: I saw a thread called "INDONESIA INVADE AUSTRALIA LIVE @EREPUBLIK" in kaskus.us and then after asking for invite, someone invited me (dunno who).

Franz Kafka, created Nezavislost (means independence/freedom) and went on to become the President of Czech Republic for two terms. In this time he steered a prudent path of neutrality in a region that have seen both the rapid ascension of the Hungarian Empire and the dramatic betrayal of Germany by ATLANTIS. After two terms he walked away in order to let others have the opportunity of leading the country. He was Party President of the Israeli Workers Party – back then the largest party in Israel - and Israeli Minister of Finance. Recently, Franz Kafka was President of Israel for three terms. A successful business man, he managed companies in RM, manufacturing and DS construction.

What's the story behind his name? Franz Kafka: I chose this character because I wanted to adopt an eLife persona similar to his (the real Franz Kafka). Like me, Franz Kafka was a Jew and a free-thinker. His thoughts were not particularly well guided by the ideas of others – he wrote simply to expose the contradictory and idiosyncratic world as he perceived it and in his lifetime was never recognized for his writing. I cannot begin to put myself on a par with him, but I aspire to it.
How he joined eWorld? Franz Kafka: I joined eRepublik after seeing an advert on www.globalcombat.com.

marcchelala is one of the Canadians who held the biggest number of government jobs. Was CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) Director, a position he held for around a year (July 2009 – August 2010), and during which he succeeded in making the CSIS one of the most professional Intelligence Agencies in the eWorld. Before that, Assistant Director for 2 months. He was deputy Minister of Foreign and ATLANTIS Affairs for 1 month (5 February-5 March 2009). He also was Minister of Foreign Affairs for several months, and participated in the negotiations for the establishment of Fortis.. President of the Canadian Empire Party (CEP) for one term, he has instated the Party Ambassadors Program which has tremendously improved eCanadian Inter-Party Relations. He is a founding member of the Writers’ Guild of Canada which strives to improve media quality in eCanada. He was the leader of the 20th "Omegas" Reserve Platoon of the CAF, and was part of the CAF Elites forces during the war. He owns the QNBC (Quick News Broadcasting Corporation: providing the only Video News ( http://www.youtube.com/user/TheQNBC) and Live Internet Radio in eCanada ( http://qnbcradio.listen2myradio.com/ ). President Jacobi has named him Officer of the Order of Canada, then Knight in the Order of Military Merit. Finally, he holds the eRepublik Ambassador Medal, for having led the eRepublik French Translation Team for V1.

What's the story of his name? marcchelala: Simple, it's the combination of my first and last name: Marc Chelala --- marcchelala. I couldn't find any good nickname, that's why I used this one. But I am frequently called on the Canadian IRC as marc, or marcch.
How he joined eWorld? marcchelala: More than a year and a half ago, I heard on a News Program on a French TV (TF1) about eRepublik. It was still in Beta. So I went on the website, and requested invitation. After a few months, I got the invitation, and I was eBorn!

giles, is Rank 2 in eMexico. He started the second (and still active) company in Mexico (LA IT FOOD) the biggest retailer of food in Mexico, and also one of the biggest retailers of food In Spain and Belgium. Was president of eMexico 5 times ( 2 times in BETA). Five times congressmen and 4 times governor of the central highlands (In BETA there was this political Charge). He was one of the four economic Counselor of his country.

What's the meaning of his name? giles: It's actually my last name.
How he joined eWorld? giles: I use to watch a VBlog about technology there I saw an Interview with the founder of eRepublik, they talk about the project, he convinced me and I decided to join the game in the 3rd Day of the Official Launch 🙂
