Bogdan_L, is the guy with the most medals in eRomania, known for his stats, and he’s proud to have more than 9000 subscribers around the eWorld (more than Ministry of Defense's newspaper!). He was the 1st in eRepublik to bring stats from the battles. Many to come In that time he was scrapping the site as no API was available back then. First one in v2 as well . Also he's been publishing a daily series, named ‚Milestones’ since more than a year ago.



What’s the story of his name? Bogdan_L: Bogdan is my first name, L comes from the initial of my last name, but the combination makes a much younger version of me (in Romanian, my nickname is a diminutive of Bogdan).
How he joined the eWorld? Bogdan_L: I've joined eRepublik in february 2009 after reading an advertising campaign in Cotidianul (Romanian newspaper). Just before the great Romanian campaign in Asia.

What’s the meaning of his name? dSokre: My RL name is Krešimir, short is Kreso, nickname in RL is SoKre, and SoKre in erepublik was taken, and I use name dSoKre (when you read it, it is short from The SoKre .
How he joined eWorld? dSokre: When eCroatia is created in eRep at day 9.12. 2008. I read newspaper in some bar and see article in newspapers and I join eRepublik next day

Crista22, started as a soldier in the National Guard, which is like a nursery since all the eBabies grow up there, and in some days she was elected commander of a regional squad – GN Muntenia. After she joined the Romanian Air Forces and a few months after she became commander of FAR Alpha – the elite squad of FAR where all the tanks are – she got to boss around RupeTot and zzZZzz. What's the meaning of her name? Crista22: Well, my name actually has nothing to do with me. My RL name is Andra and you can see for yourself the difference. It’s a name I made up in 5 seconds thinking I will never actually play the game. Someone told me Crista is an anagram for “racist” which is cool because I am xD.
How she joined eWorld? Crista22: I joined the New World after I saw a friend of mine playing – Rootz. I told him I made an account after 2-3 months of playing and he was the one who got me into FAR.

What’s the meaning of his name? Jewitt: ’ My name is actually a real-life joke between my friends. I apparently have a massive nose, so one day when a good friend of mine was under the influence of various herbs made that connection that I looked Jewish. My last name is very unique, Truitt, so he replaced the "Tru-" with "Jew-." Since then, I have used the name on nearly every online account I need to register for.’
How he joined eWorld? Jewitt: I joined eRepublik just like a lot before me, through Alexis's "elevator pitch." I was browsing for a replacement to my NationStates.net, NavyField, and Superpower2 games. I wanted something citizen-based, or at least not so national.’

What's the story behind his name? teknik562: It is hard to pronounce my real name in Turkish. So my close friends calling me as 'teknik' (because i am an electronic engineer). I like this name, and using as nickname in all the games. I added my car's number 562 to it, because 'teknik' is a common name in the games . So that number indicates me

Mimihitam, an ex-President of China. Became congresswoman of Slovenia in November 26th 2008 as she and her friends from Indonesia, TO-ed Slovenia and stole their money. After that, she came to China, settled a party named "The Stars of Melijanna" and ruled over China. She invaded South Korea, opening doors for Goons to enter China. Then, she turned China into Indonesian puppet, helping Indonesia in the war against Romania. After Romania-Indonesia war ended, she moved back to Indonesia, together with her group. Was Foreign Minister of Indonesia. Even though she caused tensions between allies, she managed to improve relations with India and Bosnia&Herzegovina, this way successfully opening the path for Indonesian troops toward North America via Kyushu. How she joined the eWorld? Mimihitam: I saw a thread called "INDONESIA INVADE AUSTRALIA LIVE @EREPUBLIK" in kaskus.us and then after asking for invite, someone invited me (dunno who).

Franz Kafka, created Nezavislost (means independence/freedom) and went on to become the President of Czech Republic for two terms. In this time he steered a prudent path of neutrality in a region that have seen both the rapid ascension of the Hungarian Empire and the dramatic betrayal of Germany by ATLANTIS. After two terms he walked away in order to let others have the opportunity of leading the country. What's the story behind his name? Franz Kafka: I chose this character because I wanted to adopt an eLife persona similar to his (the real Franz Kafka). Like me, Franz Kafka was a Jew and a free-thinker. His thoughts were not particularly well guided by the ideas of others – he wrote simply to expose the contradictory and idiosyncratic world as he perceived it and in his lifetime was never recognized for his writing. I cannot begin to put myself on a par with him, but I aspire to it.

marcchelala is one of the Canadians who held the biggest number of government jobs. What's the story of his name? marcchelala: Simple, it's the combination of my first and last name: Marc Chelala --- marcchelala. I couldn't find any good nickname, that's why I used this one. But I am frequently called on the Canadian IRC as marc, or marcch.
How he joined eWorld? marcchelala: More than a year and a half ago, I heard on a News Program on a French TV (TF1) about eRepublik. It was still in Beta. So I went on the website, and requested invitation. After a few months, I got the invitation, and I was eBorn!

giles, is Rank 2 in eMexico. He started the second (and still active) company in Mexico (LA IT FOOD) the biggest retailer of food in Mexico, and also one of the biggest retailers of food In Spain and Belgium. Was president of eMexico 5 times ( 2 times in BETA). Five times congressmen and 4 times governor of the central highlands (In BETA there was this political Charge). He was one of the four economic Counselor of his country.

What's the meaning of his name? giles: It's actually my last name.
How he joined eWorld? giles: I use to watch a VBlog about technology there I saw an Interview with the founder of eRepublik, they talk about the project, he convinced me and I decided to join the game in the 3rd Day of the Official Launch
