eUSA Becomes Two-Party System

Day 1,220 of the New World

Politicians Punt Pente-Party Politics

Despite the generosity bestowed upon the eUSA by the AllahMighty Admin that enables 5 distinct ideologies to compete for Congressional power every 30 days, the presence of iNCi - the New World's third-largest Party - has driven our current political leaders to pauperize that number down to a paltry pair.

Voters in tomorrow's historic eUSA Congressional Election will be given two effective choices: vote iNCi or vote USWP.

Any other vote for any other candidate is a vote for a Blocker.

Every Federalist Candidate (Gnilraps included) is a Blocker.
Every Libertarian Candidate is a Blocker
Every UIP Candidate is a Blocker

This is a stunning result of the rapid rise of iNCi as the #1 Party in the eUSA.

After the poly-partisan effort to thwart an iNCi PTO of Congress in the February Congressional elections, the ATO think-tank conjured up this plan as a safeguard against another PTO effort.

The thinking is that with all eAmerican voters pooled into supporting only ATO-endorsed candidates, the next-five parties whom the ATO represents (USWP, Libs, Feds, UIP, and a 6th Party coalition) would divvy up the 56 seats between them. Then on Election Day the ATO will direct voters to whichever races are in most need of votes.

This sets up a day-long chess match between 2 opponents rather than 5 as usual. It will be ATO vs. iNCi for control over congress.

Game On

16 Shells wants you to know what is happening and encourages you to think through the implications.

1: Although members of the other "next-five" parties will be running for Congress, they will be running under the USWP banner. You at least have the right to ask ATO what party a candidate really belongs to before you agree to cast your vote as requested.

IMPLICATIONS OF #1: All non-iNCi congressmen in the next Congressional Term will wear the USWP label. The remainder of eUSA parties are dependent on the ATO for their candidates' success. If the races begin to look close at the end of the day, some candidates may have to lose the support of ATO in order to secure a maximum number of seats (ATO may have to determine who will be the pawns, who will be the rooks, and who gets to be king.)

2: You have lost the ability to vote effectively unless you vote USWP.

IMPLICATIONS OF #2: In order to cast a vote tomorrow for a non-Blocker, you must not vote according to your Party affiliation. Voting effectively is now a multi-step process. You are to log onto IRC at #ATO, wait for a voting assignment, (possibly negotiate with ATO to at least be given a candidate in the party you actually support), move, then vote. I count 6 steps to vote. Most importantly, all non-ATO-directed, non-USWP votes will be wasted. ATO's plan excludes all casual (non-directed) votes except USWP votes.

3: Qualified, experienced, veteran, incumbent, talented, dedicated, valuable soon-to-be-former congressmen have had to step aside to make room for the ATO plan.

IMPLICATIONS OF #3: Some have/will leave eUSA out of frustration. Some may/will withdraw their support of ATO citing cronyism. Many more have/may/will grow in frustration as access to Government narrows from 5 (4?) potential parties to 1 controlling voice.

4: No one at ATO (or probably anywhere else outside of iNCi) knows what iNCi is actually planning to do.

IMPLICATIONS OF #4: No one will question institutionalized mistrust of iNCi. They have earned our suspicion. That leaves us guessing, which is at minimum a strategic victory for iNCi.

5: Recent international events involving eTurkish homelands have captivated the interests of iNCi freedom fighters.

IMPLICATINS OF #5: To what extent the RW's in the North Mediterranean (as well as Poland's MPP with Turkey) will affect iNCi's interest in eUSA moving forward leaves tomorrow's election even more mysterious.

16 Shells acknowledges that desperate times call for desperate measures. Party Presidents have been working hard to make the March 2011 Congressional Elections a success for those who desire an English-speaking majority in Congress. They are to be commended for their time and effort. I hope you will also pause to at least question if what they have done is most prudent.
