Eurasian memorandum of eChina and eRussia

eRussia and eChina, considering their common interests and a long experience of fruitful mutual cooperation, adhere to the present Memorandum.

1. This declaration is between China and Russia and is not set against any third-part country.

2. eChina and eRussia hereby declare:
- Mutual respect and cooperation.
- non-participation in direct and resistance wars against each other
- a non-attack pact, including by means of airstike,
- joint work on diplomatic issues of common interest if and where deemed posible by both parties.

3. In development of the current memorandum eChina and eRussia may sign a Mutual protection pact when and if considered necessary and possible for both parties.

This memorandum will be automatically renewed every month if parties don't announce otherwise and in case any of the parties wants the cancellation of this agreement at any time it is required a 5 days notification in advance.
