eUK's Neighbourly Enemies

A CoT/TWO war is imminent. The eUK cannot run or hide, and being surrounded by enemies does not help. Several countries have a chance to attack so lets look at who could be visiting our shores in the future.


The current eUK empire, which could be expanded.

France
Population: 4356
Regions: 3
Regions of Entry: South West of England, South East of England

France love to attack us! They would definitely be looking for more regions after Poland and Serbia have left them with only three. France will be watching Poland before making any decisions as if France declare the eUK as Natural Enemy, Poland will get involved. So France might not attack unless Poland get busy first.

We love to hate France! I'm not sure about frogs legs but a croissant would be nice. We could handle France if the nation worked together, and they only have three regions so a wipe wouldn't be too hard. This is probably the most likely Natural Enemy proposal considering our Congress do not always discuss plans.


Germany
Population: 2387
Regions: 10
Regions of Entry: North East of England, Scotland

eUK relations with Germany are not as bad as relations with some other CoT countries, but if CoT HQ were to ask Germany to attack the eUK then there would be a close fight. Both countries are similarly matched in population and damage. Personally, I will not be expecting Germany to set the eUK as Natural Enemy any time soon but it is likely to depend on what CoT HQ want.

Germany has attacked the eUK in the past, so some of the older players may be calling for revenge. Taking German regions would put the eUK up against Russia at some point who I'm sure we don't want to fight. But Russia might be occupied with Hungary for some time giving us a window to attack Germany, and I wouldn't bet against a Natural Enemy proposal in the next week or two.


USA
Population: 9461
Regions: 54
Regions of Entry: Cork, Shannon, South East of England, South West of England

USA will be attacking Serbia, so they wont be visiting the eUK regions any time soon. If a CoT/TWO war lasts for a few weeks or months, USA could attack the eUK. This would give USA more opportunity to attack Poland or help allies such as France or Germany.

The eUK isn't well known for suicide missions, at least not while I have been playing. Attacking USA wouldn't be a clever move for the eUK and is unlikely to be backed by TWO who will want to focus their damage on Serbia vs USA.


Belgium
Population: 619
Regions: 3
Regions of Entry: South East of England, East of England

Belgium is a country too small to effect the eUK on their own, but another country were to attack the eUK at the same time it would split up our countries damage giving Belgium more of an advantage. With Belgium very unlikely to set Poland as their Natural Enemy, they are stuck with either attacking the eUK or fighting for their allies in the upcoming wars.

In the eUK decided to attack Belgium, it would not effect a CoT/TWO war very much. Belgium will only intervene by attacking the eUK, and the eUK is not likely to play a major role in the war. However, if the eUK did wipe Belgium it would give TWO more bragging rights and lower the moral of CoT.
