eUK has been robbed!

Hello dear citizens,

As you may know, eUK’s treasury was stolen by their Country President.
See the article from one of the best eCitizen I ever knew, mittekemuis : Thieves are no heroes.

Here at The Golden Miner we want to tell eUK: courage. We understand your grieves!

A treasury is more than a pack of gol😛 it is a way to reach your citizens and to make bonds between them. You take months building up a treasury. You use it to help others. You share it with others. And then you see all that … destroyed by an individual. What a feeling.
I want to say: be strong eUK. It is not over. I wish you well, as it could turn out to be fatal to young citizens who still depended upon state. I hope wealthy citizens will help their youngsters to keep it up..


On a more optimistic note, The Golden Miner wants to reassure all eBelgians: our treasury cannot be stolen so easily. During my term I initiated a big move with the help of Tony Clifford. I transferred the vast majority of golds into Bank Managers’ hands: Jofroi, MaryamQ, Olv007 and NLSP. Bank Managers are still looking for a last one to join, so that no one may hold more than 20% of the treasury (I beg them to balance their accounts, if it is not already done).

Thanks to this idea, eBelgian treasury is safe from thieves
Of course it is still at Country President’s disposal, even if it has been severely lowered lately*.
