Join the new world

Rumours have been circulating about yet another version of eRepublik being released. I am here to confirm that these rumours are true.

It has been confirmed that this ultra secret project has been codenamed “Golddigger” and will later be released as eRepublik Uprising...an official upgrade on eRepublik Rising.

In keeping with the spirit of “Uprising”, everything we do will not only cost more gold, everything we do will cost gold period.

A sneak peek at the new admin washrooms tell us all we need to know about the status of the game:

Despite the changes however, it has been decided that the official eRep mascot must NOT be sacrificed...

Should you encounter this issue, you will now be able to dial into technical support via a special 1-800 phone number. As I understand it, once you dial in you will have the following choices:

Press 1 if you are Alfagrem, TemujinBC, or Emerick (Premium Support Service)

Press 2 to have 5 gold deducted from your account and get hung up on

Press 3 to have 10 gold deducted from your account to use our self serve options and get hung up on

Press 4 to have 20 gold deducted from your account and be connected to a live operator who will take your user name and then hang up on you

Press 5 if you are British or to be immediately disconnected for lack of interest in your problems but only after we deduct 100 gold from your account

For those who are worried about the marketplace, fear not. New industries are being released. At the time of writing, we knew of only two new industries...it is our understanding that every new citizen will be issued both of these items in order to prepare them for the real in game experience


If you think your ass hurts now, wait till you see what it costs to buy gold...Muwahahaha!

The second new Industry is meant to be a more agricultural experience. Keep in mind, existing players will be able to buy these items for a mere 1,000,000,000 gold...a small investment really...without further delay, I give you the latest agricultural industry...


The Money Tree

It is our understanding that this tree will require watering daily. Water will be sold on the marketplace for just 5000 gold per watering can and each tree will only need one can a day. If you fail to water your tree daily, it will die and you will lose your investment

Last but not least...for those of you who love the battlefield the way you do, we have decided to upgrade all weapons in game so that they now do three times as much damage. In order to use them however, you will need to pay 5 gold per click of the fight button. Fear not though, with 3 times the damage, you will be able to level up 3 times as fast and collect an additional 1 gold!!!
